基于感性工學(xué)的整體櫥柜視覺形態(tài)評價研究

【摘要】:本文以定制類家具快速發(fā)展為背景,以現(xiàn)代整體櫥柜為研究對象,以產(chǎn)品視覺形態(tài)為切入點(diǎn)展開研究,引入感性工學(xué)的研究方法,將整體櫥柜的感性意象量化,探尋意象語意與產(chǎn)品視覺形態(tài)之間的關(guān)系,為整體櫥柜設(shè)計(jì)提供理論支持。依據(jù)視覺形態(tài)原理及基本組成,提出了整體櫥柜6個代表性的視覺形態(tài)要素:拉手形態(tài)、門板裝飾形態(tài)、體量形態(tài)、空間組織形態(tài)、主要色彩以及主要材質(zhì),并細(xì)分成20個類目。依據(jù)感性工學(xué)的基本原理及方法,進(jìn)行感性評價模型構(gòu)建、整體櫥柜視覺形態(tài)空間構(gòu)建、整體櫥柜意象語意空間構(gòu)建、意象語意與整體櫥柜視覺形態(tài)要素的關(guān)聯(lián)性構(gòu)建,明確了整體櫥柜定性及定量評價原則及方法。利用聚類分析法、因子分析法篩選出代表性整體櫥柜樣本20個,代表性意象詞匯對5對,包括:小氣的-大氣的、靈活的-穩(wěn)重的、裝飾的-實(shí)用的、無質(zhì)感的-質(zhì)感的、繁復(fù)的-簡約的,分別對應(yīng)造型、情感、效用、親和、裝飾5個公因子。利用語意差異法進(jìn)行感性評價實(shí)驗(yàn),從感性評價分值可見:男性與女性的評價值具有相同趨勢,女性評價分值普遍稍低于男性,更加關(guān)注產(chǎn)品各細(xì)節(jié);專業(yè)組與非專業(yè)組評價值存在顯著差異,專業(yè)組評價分值明顯低于非專業(yè)組,具有嚴(yán)格的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。利用數(shù)量化理論I類構(gòu)建意象語意與視覺形態(tài)要素間的聯(lián)系,明確了在各公因子下需要主要考量的視覺形態(tài)分別為:體量形態(tài)、主要色彩、空間組織形態(tài)、門板裝飾形態(tài)、門板裝飾形態(tài)。利用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行多元回歸分析,建立5個公因子下的感性預(yù)測模型,模型檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果均良好。利用R軟件對5個預(yù)測模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,得到在各個公因子或多個公因子達(dá)到最優(yōu)感性意象時產(chǎn)品視覺形態(tài)要素的組合方式,并提出優(yōu)化建議。再次利用多元回歸法建立總體感性評價預(yù)測模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)5個公因子對整體評價的影響從大到小依此為:親和因子、效用因子、造型因子、情感因子、裝飾因子。對總體預(yù)測模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,得到整體櫥柜達(dá)到總體最優(yōu)意象感受時產(chǎn)品視覺形態(tài)要素組合方式,可作為整體櫥柜相關(guān)企業(yè)及設(shè)計(jì)師進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)方案篩選時的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the rapid development of custom-made furniture as the background, takes the modern whole cabinet as the research object, takes the product visual form as the breakthrough point, introduces the perceptual engineering research method, quantifies the perceptual image of the whole cabinet. To explore the relationship between image meaning and product visual form, to provide theoretical support for the overall cabinet design. According to the principle and basic composition of visual form, this paper puts forward six typical visual form elements of the whole cabinet: handle shape, door decoration form, volume form, space organization form, main color and main material. And subdivided into 20 categories. According to the basic principles and methods of perceptual engineering, the paper constructs the perceptual evaluation model, the space of the visual form of the whole cabinet, the semantic space of the image of the whole cabinet, and the relationship between the image meaning and the elements of the visual form of the whole cabinet. Clear overall cabinet qualitative and quantitative evaluation principles and methods. By using cluster analysis and factor analysis, 20 representative whole cabinet samples were selected, and 5 pairs of representative image words were selected, including: stingy-atmospheric, flexible-stable, decorative-practical, non-textured, Complex-simple, respectively corresponding to modeling, emotion, utility, affinity, decoration 5 common factors. Using semantic difference method to carry on the perceptual evaluation experiment, it can be seen from the perceptual evaluation score: male and female evaluation value has the same trend, female evaluation value is generally slightly lower than male, pay more attention to product details; There is a significant difference between the professional group and the non-professional group, the evaluation score of the professional group is obviously lower than that of the non-professional group, and it has strict evaluation criteria. By using the quantitative theory I to construct the relationship between image meaning and visual form elements, it is clear that the main visual forms that need to be considered under each common factor are: volume shape, main color, spatial organization form, door decoration form. Door panel decoration form. The multivariate regression analysis with SPSS software is used to establish the perceptual prediction model under five common factors, and the results of the model test are all good. Five prediction models were optimized by using R software, and the combination mode of product visual form elements was obtained when each common factor or multiple common factors reached the optimal perceptual image, and some optimization suggestions were put forward. The prediction model of overall perceptual evaluation was established by multivariate regression method, and it was found that the influence of five common factors on the whole evaluation was from large to small: affinity factor, utility factor, shape factor, emotion factor and decoration factor. The overall prediction model was optimized and the combination mode of product visual form elements when the whole cabinet reached the overall optimal image perception was obtained. It can be used as the theoretical basis for the whole cabinet related enterprises and designers to carry out the design scheme screening.
