【摘要】：對組成EPS(聚苯乙烯)裝飾線條構件的EPS材料進行抗拉、抗壓和抗折試驗,得到其基本力學性能參數(shù).在此基礎上對典型EPS裝飾線條構件進行了非線性有限元分析,計算出該構件的極限承載力,與現(xiàn)場試驗獲得的極限承載力進行對比后發(fā)現(xiàn)二者一致.結果表明:基于材料力學性能參數(shù)試驗結果的EPS裝飾線條構件有限元模型可以替代原型試驗.
[Abstract]:Tensile, compressive and flexural tests were carried out on the EPS materials which made up of the decorative lines of PS (polystyrene). The basic mechanical properties of the materials were obtained. On this basis, the nonlinear finite element analysis of typical EPS decorative line member is carried out, and the ultimate bearing capacity of this member is calculated, which is consistent with the ultimate bearing capacity obtained by field test. The results show that the finite element model of EPS decorative line member based on the test results of mechanical properties of material can replace the prototype test.
