【摘要】：論文以產(chǎn)權(quán)方的視角,借鑒工程成本控制及管理學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,首先對北京內(nèi)蒙古賓館工程項目的成本構(gòu)成及成本控制能力進行了分析,同時運用風(fēng)險評價理論及帕累托分析法對該工程的成本控制項目進行了分析,確定了成本控制的重要控制項目和次要控制項目,并從程序管理角度梳理出成本控制的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。論文針對理論分析結(jié)果,設(shè)計了切實可行的施工成本控制方案,并制定了相應(yīng)的保障措施。 論文在材料費的控制、工程量的控制、措施費的控制及工程變更管理等方面進行了研究,完成了施工成本控制的內(nèi)容與方法設(shè)計,并對工程成本控制方案的實施的組織、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟及合同保障措施進行了闡述,從而達到合理減少工程成本、合理降低建設(shè)工程造價的目的。希望對北京內(nèi)蒙古賓館裝修改造工程項目的成本控制研究,能夠為非專業(yè)的建設(shè)單位的工程成本管理提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of engineering cost control and management, the paper analyzes the cost composition and cost control ability of the project in Beijing Inner Mongolia Hotel from the angle of property right.At the same time, using the theory of risk evaluation and Pareto analysis, the cost control project of the project is analyzed, the important control project and the secondary control project of cost control are determined, and the key links of cost control are sorted out from the point of view of program management.According to the results of theoretical analysis, a feasible construction cost control scheme is designed, and the corresponding safeguard measures are worked out.In this paper, the control of material cost, the control of engineering quantity, the control of measure cost and the management of engineering change are studied, the content and method design of construction cost control are completed, and the organization and technology of the implementation of project cost control scheme are also discussed.The economic and contract guarantee measures are expounded in order to reduce the project cost reasonably and to reduce the construction cost reasonably.It is hoped that the research on the cost control of the renovation project of Beijing Inner Mongolia Hotel can provide some reference and reference for the project cost management of the non-professional construction units.
