裝修木制品工廠化生產(chǎn)探析

【摘要】: 通過調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),目前大部分裝修木制品生產(chǎn)工廠受工程訂單束縛,缺乏企業(yè)可自主面向市場的產(chǎn)品系列及產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn),造成加工難度大,質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定,成本難以降低,無法發(fā)揮工廠化批量生產(chǎn)的規(guī)模優(yōu)勢。將大規(guī)模定制技術(shù)引入裝修木制品工廠化生產(chǎn)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零部件的批量生產(chǎn),客戶裝修訂單的組合裝配,才能使工廠擺脫純粹的訂制加工,同時在一定程度上又滿足了市場對裝修個性化的需求。 (1)本文構(gòu)建了與工廠化生產(chǎn)相適應(yīng)的大規(guī)模定制設(shè)計(jì)模式,改原先針對單一裝修工程的設(shè)計(jì),為產(chǎn)品開發(fā)形式下的零部件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)和快速設(shè)計(jì)形式下的客戶訂單個性化組合配置模式。采用模數(shù)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)方法,減少了零部件種類與數(shù)量,提高了零部件的通用性,增加了裝修木制品對安裝環(huán)境的適應(yīng)性。該設(shè)計(jì)模式經(jīng)簡化后實(shí)施,取得以下效果:①以“零部件即是產(chǎn)品”的理念,為客戶提供了可組合、選配、“換妝”的裝修木制品構(gòu)件;②改原先的具體產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零部件組合、變形設(shè)計(jì),雖然在前期的零部件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作上投入較大,但后期大幅提高設(shè)計(jì)效率;③部分主要產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零部件實(shí)現(xiàn)了批量化生產(chǎn)。 (2)定制點(diǎn)后延技術(shù)在裝修木制品工廠化中的運(yùn)用,有利于加快生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)對訂單的響應(yīng)速度;減小裝修木制品受市場淡旺季的影響而造成的生產(chǎn)不均衡的情況;同時,在一定程度上可以降低零部件的庫存風(fēng)險。本文將定制點(diǎn)后延技術(shù)的分析方法應(yīng)用到某企業(yè)的木門類產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)中,結(jié)合該企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,得出將零件“立梃”設(shè)為一級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,對“立梃”的批量生產(chǎn)庫存,比“門芯板”更安全。 (3)重組實(shí)木涂飾流程,改原先的先裝配再涂飾,為先涂飾底漆再裝配。這一流程重組,雖未縮短總體涂飾時間,但縮短了訂單承接后的加工時間,有利于均衡安排涂飾環(huán)節(jié)的生產(chǎn),有利于保持木質(zhì)零部件在倉儲中的尺寸穩(wěn)定性。該重組流程在某企業(yè)全實(shí)木門產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)中實(shí)施后,經(jīng)測算,雖然材料與人工成本有所增加,但大幅縮短交貨周期,同時,解決了實(shí)木門因門芯板收縮導(dǎo)致的漆膜開縫“露白”的這一困擾實(shí)木門行業(yè)的問題,大幅降低因此造成的產(chǎn)品返修率。
[Abstract]:Through investigation and investigation, it is found that most of the decoration woodwork production plants are constrained by engineering orders and lack of independent market-oriented product series and product standards, resulting in high processing difficulties, unstable quality, and difficult to reduce costs.Unable to give play to the scale advantage of industrial batch production.The mass customization technology is introduced into the factory production of wood decoration products to realize the batch production of standard parts and the combination assembly of customer decoration orders, so that the factory can get rid of the pure custom-made processing.At the same time, to a certain extent, to meet the market demand for personalized decoration.1) in this paper, a mass customization design model suitable for factory production is constructed, and the original design for a single decoration project is changed.Product development for the form of parts standardized design and rapid design under the form of customer order personalized combination configuration mode.By adopting modular and standardized design method, the types and quantity of parts are reduced, the versatility of components is improved, and the adaptability of decoration wood products to installation environment is increased.The design mode is implemented after simplification, and the following effect is achieved: 1. The concept of "parts is a product", which provides the components of decoration wood products which can be combined, selected and "changed makeup" for customers;(2) changing the original concrete product design into standard component combination and deforming design, although the former part standardization work is invested more, but the design efficiency is greatly improved in the later stage;Three parts of the main products of the standard parts to achieve batch production.(2) the application of custom point delay technology in the factory decoration of wood products is conducive to speeding up the response of the production system to the orders; reducing the imbalance in production caused by the weak peak season of the decoration wood products; at the same time,To a certain extent, the inventory risk of parts can be reduced.In this paper, the analysis method of custom point delay technology is applied to the production of wooden door products in an enterprise. According to the actual situation of the enterprise, it is concluded that the part "stile" is set up as a first class standard part, and the mass production stock of "stump" is obtained.It is safer than the door core board.Reorganize the solid wood finishing process, change the original assembly before finishing, for first finish primer and assembly.This process reengineering does not shorten the overall finishing time, but it shortens the processing time after receiving orders, which is beneficial to the balanced arrangement of finishing production and to maintaining the dimensional stability of wood parts in storage.After the implementation of the reengineering process in the production of the all-real wooden door products in a certain enterprise, it has been estimated that although the cost of materials and labor has increased, the delivery period has been significantly shortened, and at the same time,It solves the problem of lacquer film slit caused by the shrinkage of the door core board and greatly reduces the product rework rate caused by it.
