表面處理改善人造板裝飾原紙印刷性能的研究

【摘要】:裝飾原紙是以優(yōu)質(zhì)木漿、鈦白粉、功能填料、助劑等為原料,通過紙機(jī)濕法抄造而成的一種特種紙,經(jīng)印刷、樹脂浸膠、疊合等可選工序處理后,用于纖維板、刨花板等人造板的底層平衡紙、面層裝飾紙和護(hù)面表層紙。面層裝飾紙是以可印刷裝飾原紙(以下簡稱裝飾原紙)為基材經(jīng)印刷、浸膠后,熱壓在人造板表面,起到改善外觀、提高阻抗性作用的一類人造板裝飾紙,F(xiàn)階段大部分優(yōu)質(zhì)裝飾原紙從國外進(jìn)口,國產(chǎn)裝飾原紙質(zhì)量與進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品存在一定的差距,主要體現(xiàn)在表面強(qiáng)度、勻度、平滑度較低、顏色再現(xiàn)較差、圖文清晰度不夠等印刷適性方面的問題。為彌補(bǔ)上述缺陷,本論文以國產(chǎn)裝飾原紙為基材,通過表面處理方法改善其印刷適性。 本論文主要是采用表面施膠和顏料化施膠兩種方法,對抄造完成的裝飾原紙進(jìn)行表面處理。在表面施膠部分,采用改性淀粉溶液和SAE乳液為施膠液,通過單一改性淀粉溶液施膠和兩者復(fù)配施膠(改性淀粉:SAE為30:1、20:1、10:1和5:1),系統(tǒng)對比研究上述表面施膠方案在改善裝飾原紙印刷適性方面的作用,得出最優(yōu)表面施膠方法;诒砻媸┠z的研究結(jié)論,分別以碳酸鈣、二氧化硅和鈦白粉為顏料,對表面施膠液進(jìn)行顏料化,通過改變施膠液和顏料的比例(即90:10、80:20、70:30、60:40和50:50)配制不同特性的顏料化施膠液對裝飾原紙進(jìn)行顏料化施膠處理,得出最優(yōu)的顏料化施膠比例。在上述實(shí)驗中均分別使用了商品SAE乳液和自制SAE乳液進(jìn)行實(shí)驗,對比二者在裝飾原紙應(yīng)用中的差別。 從本實(shí)驗中可以得出對裝飾原紙進(jìn)行施膠,施膠量在2g/m2左右,施膠速度為9m/min,采用淀粉和SAE乳液混合施膠可以提高裝飾原紙的抗張強(qiáng)度和平滑度,吸水性保持不變,油墨吸收性降低,并且印刷后在中間調(diào)到亮調(diào)區(qū)域印刷的階調(diào)再現(xiàn)性增強(qiáng),其中當(dāng)?shù)矸酆蚐AE乳液的比例為20:1時,效果最好;對比自制SAE乳液和商品SAE乳液可以發(fā)現(xiàn),自制乳液的性能更優(yōu),尤其在吸水高度方面;分別采用碳酸鈣、二氧化硅和鈦白粉與膠液進(jìn)行復(fù)配,綜合考慮后二氧化硅更適合應(yīng)用于裝飾原紙的表面施膠;改變不同的膠液和顏料比例,在膠料和顏料的比例為70:30時,裝飾原紙獲得了更好的印刷性能。對比施膠和顏料化施膠可以發(fā)現(xiàn),在膠液中加入少量的顏料進(jìn)行施膠可以更好的提高紙張吸水性和印刷色密度,階調(diào)再現(xiàn)性,網(wǎng)點(diǎn)丟失等印刷性能。實(shí)驗中分別對裝飾原紙的滲透性、比表面積進(jìn)行微觀的觀察,得到了紙張的吸收性能和表面結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù),又采用掃描電鏡和激光顯微鏡對紙張的表面形態(tài)進(jìn)行直觀的觀察,將直觀和微觀結(jié)果綜合最終得出適合裝飾原紙表面處理的方法。
[Abstract]:Decorative base paper is a kind of special paper made from high quality wood pulp, titanium dioxide powder, functional filler, auxiliary material and so on, which is made by wet method of paper machine. It is used in fibreboard after the optional processes such as printing, resin soaking, laminating and so on.Particleboard and other wood-based panels of the bottom balance paper, surface decoration paper and surface surface paper.The surface decorative paper is a kind of wood-based decorative paper which is printed and embossed on the surface of the wood-based panel by printing and soaking. It can improve the appearance and enhance the impedance of the wood-based panel.At this stage, most of the high quality decorative base paper is imported from abroad. There is a certain gap between the quality of domestic decorative base paper and the imported products, mainly reflected in the surface strength, evenness, smoothness and poor color reproduction.Lack of clarity of graphics and text, such as printing suitability problems.In order to make up for the above defects, the printing adaptability of home-made decorative base paper was improved by surface treatment.In this paper, surface sizing and pigment sizing are used to treat finished decorative base paper.In the surface sizing part, modified starch solution and SAE emulsion were used as sizing solution.Through single modified starch solution sizing and compound sizing (modified starch: SAE = 30: 1: 20: 1 10: 1 and 5: 1 1), the function of the above surface sizing scheme in improving the printing adaptability of decorative base paper was studied systematically and the optimum surface sizing method was obtained.Based on the conclusion of surface sizing, calcium carbonate, silica and titanium dioxide were used as pigments, respectively.By changing the ratio of sizing liquid to pigment (90: 10 10: 20: 20 70: 30: 60: 40 and 50: 50) to prepare the pigment sizing liquid with different characteristics, the optimum pigment sizing ratio was obtained.The commercial SAE emulsion and self-made SAE emulsion were used in the above experiments, and the difference between them in the application of decorative base paper was compared.From this experiment, it can be concluded that the sizing quantity of decorative base paper is about 2g/m2, the sizing speed is 9 m / min, the tensile strength and smoothness of decorative base paper can be improved by mixed sizing with starch and SAE emulsion, and the water absorbency remains unchanged.The absorbability of ink is decreased, and the reproduction of printing order is enhanced when the ratio of starch to SAE emulsion is 20:1. The comparison between home-made SAE emulsion and commercial SAE emulsion can be found.The properties of self-made emulsion are better, especially in the aspect of water absorption height, calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide are mixed with colloidal solution respectively, and silicon dioxide is more suitable for surface sizing of decorative base paper after comprehensive consideration.When the ratio of glue to pigment is 70:30, the decorative base paper has better printing performance.Comparing with sizing and pigmenting, it can be found that adding a small amount of pigments to the glue solution can improve the printing performance of paper, such as water absorption and printing color density, order reproduction, dot loss and so on.In the experiment, the permeability and specific surface area of decorative base paper were observed microscopically, and the absorption property and surface structure data of paper were obtained, and the surface morphology of paper was observed intuitively by scanning electron microscope and laser microscope.The method of surface treatment for decorative base paper was obtained by synthesizing the visual and microscopic results.
