鼠標外殼模外裝飾貼膜技術(shù)工藝參數(shù)分析

【摘要】:以聚丙烯(PP)薄膜材料對鼠標外殼進行模外裝飾(OMD)貼膜,采用有限元方法對該成型過程進行模擬仿真,獲得了薄膜的厚度分布、應(yīng)力分布及其在X,Y方向的變形分布。分析了不同工藝參數(shù)對鼠標外殼OMD貼膜成型的影響。貼膜工藝的最佳工藝參數(shù)為:初始壓邊力為300 N、加載溫度為130℃、真空度為0.02 MPa、高壓壓強為0.15 MPa。
[Abstract]:The mouse shell was embossed with polypropylene (PP) film material. The forming process was simulated by finite element method. The thickness distribution, stress distribution and deformation distribution in XY direction were obtained.The effect of different process parameters on OMD film forming of mouse shell was analyzed.The optimum process parameters are as follows: the initial blank holding force is 300N, the loading temperature is 130 鈩,
