【摘要】：近年來,國家陸續(xù)對有關(guān)水利水電工程建設(shè)征地移民法規(guī)和政策進行了調(diào)整,并發(fā)布了一些新的水利水電工程建設(shè)征地移民操作規(guī)范,房屋裝修已作為一項重要實物指標(biāo)納入大中型水利水電工程建設(shè)征地實物調(diào)查中。但如何科學(xué)合理地對房屋裝修等級進行分類調(diào)查,進而為編制移民安置規(guī)劃和兌現(xiàn)移民補償費提供客觀真實的第一手資料,意義重大。結(jié)合幾座大中型水利水電工程建設(shè)征地實物調(diào)查工作實踐,探討了既符合國家現(xiàn)行政策又科學(xué)合理且操作簡便、利益相關(guān)方易于接受的房屋裝修調(diào)查方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state has successively adjusted the laws and policies relating to land requisition and resettlement in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, and has issued some new operational norms for land requisition and resettlement in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects.As an important physical index, house decoration has been included in the physical investigation of land requisition of large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects.However, it is of great significance to make a scientific and reasonable classification investigation on the grade of house decoration so as to provide objective and real first-hand information for the compilation of resettlement plan and the realization of resettlement compensation.Based on the practice of physical investigation of land requisition of several large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects, this paper probes into the investigation method of house decoration, which is not only scientific, reasonable, simple and easy to operate, but also acceptable to stakeholders.
