裝飾原紙生產(chǎn)過程中的濕部化學(xué)特性研究

【摘要】: 本研究擬開發(fā)裝飾原紙專用的助留助濾、增強和勻度體系,豐富和發(fā)展高填充紙領(lǐng)域的助留助濾理論,并可以給企業(yè)一定的技術(shù)支持,進一步優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低生產(chǎn)成本。 在實驗室規(guī)模模擬裝飾原紙的生產(chǎn)過程,對單元、雙元、多元助留助濾系統(tǒng)的濕部化學(xué)行為進行了詳細的考察和比較,同時對裝飾原紙的勻度、干、濕強度、光學(xué)性能和吸收性能等性能指標(biāo)進行了跟蹤檢測。實驗結(jié)果如下: (一)PAE單元系統(tǒng)中,隨著PAE用量的加大,紙料的Zeta電位逐漸升高;對于PAE/CPAM和PAE/HCS雙元系統(tǒng),加入CPAM和HCS后,紙料的Zeta電位進一步升高;PAE/APAM雙元系統(tǒng)下紙料的Zeta電位隨著APAM用量的加大而減;PAE/CPAM/APAM三元系統(tǒng)中,APAM的加入使紙料的Zeta電位逐漸減;PAE/CPAM/膨潤土微粒系統(tǒng)中,隨著膨潤土用量的加大,紙料的Zeta電位逐漸減小。 (二)各系統(tǒng)助留助濾效果由好到差依次為:PAE/CPAM/膨潤土微粒系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM/APAM三元系統(tǒng)、PAE/APAM雙元系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM雙元系統(tǒng)、PAE/HCS雙元系統(tǒng)、PAE單元系統(tǒng)和PAE/HCS膠體硅微粒系統(tǒng)。 (三)各系統(tǒng)紙張的干抗張強度由高到低依次為:PAE單元系統(tǒng)、PAE/APAM雙元系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM/APAM三元系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM/膨潤土微粒系統(tǒng)和PAE/CPAM雙元系統(tǒng)。各系統(tǒng)濕抗張強度由高到低依次為:PAE/CPAM/APAM三元系統(tǒng)、PAE/APAM雙元系統(tǒng)、PAE單元系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM/膨潤土微粒系統(tǒng)和PAE/CPAM雙元系統(tǒng)。 (四)各系統(tǒng)紙張的勻度由好到差依次為:PAE單元系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM雙元系統(tǒng)、PAE/APAM雙元系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM/APAM三元系統(tǒng)和PAE/CPAM/膨潤土微粒系統(tǒng)。 (五)各系統(tǒng)紙張的不透明度和光散射系數(shù)由高到低依次為:PAE/CPAM/APAM三元系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM/膨潤土微粒系統(tǒng)、PAE/APAM雙元系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM雙元系統(tǒng)和PAE單元系統(tǒng);紙張的光吸收系數(shù)由高到低依次為:PAE/CPAM/膨潤土微粒系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM/APAM三元系統(tǒng)、PAE/APAM雙元系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM雙元系統(tǒng)和PAE單元系統(tǒng)。 (六)各系統(tǒng)紙張的吸液性能由好到差依次為:PAE單元系統(tǒng)、PAE/APAM雙元系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM/APAM三元系統(tǒng)、PAE/CPAM/膨潤土微粒系統(tǒng)和PAE/CPAM雙元系統(tǒng)。 綜合考慮效果和成本,PAE/APAM雙元體系是最佳的選擇。
[Abstract]:This study intends to develop a special retention and drainage aid system for decorative base paper, to enrich and develop the retention and drainage aid theory in the field of high filling paper, and to provide certain technical support to enterprises, further optimize product quality and reduce production cost.In laboratory scale simulation of the production process of decorative base paper, the chemical behavior of wet end of unit, double element, multivariate retention and drainage system was investigated and compared in detail. At the same time, the evenness, dryness and wet strength of decorative base paper were also studied and compared.The optical properties and absorption properties were tracked and tested.The results are as follows:(1) the Zeta potential of paper material increases with the increase of PAE content, and for PAE/CPAM and PAE/HCS binary systems, CPAM and HCS are added to the system.The Zeta potential of paper material decreases gradually.(浜,
