【摘要】：深圳環(huán)球數(shù)碼大廈為鋼筋混凝土框筒結(jié)構(gòu),屋頂混凝土裝飾架高10.45m,懸挑3.6m。裝飾架高支模架屬于高支撐、大跨度懸挑作業(yè),安全條件要求高,施工難度大。綜合考慮,采用三角懸挑工字鋼支架,滿堂支模架加密立桿、水平桿及豎向水平剪刀撐。介紹了施工工藝流程、三角支架搭設(shè)、支模架搭設(shè)技術(shù),對(duì)三角支架受力進(jìn)行分析,最后指出施工注意事項(xiàng)。工程實(shí)踐證明,此工藝操作簡(jiǎn)單、安拆方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)性好。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen Global Digital Building is a reinforced concrete frame-tube structure, the roof concrete decorative frame is 10.45m high and the cantilever is 3.6m.Decoration frame high support, long-span cantilever operation, high safety requirement and construction difficulty. The triangular cantilever I-steel bracket, the infill stand of the full hall support die frame, the horizontal bar and the vertical horizontal scissors brace are adopted. The construction process, the setting up of the triangular support and the setting technology of the supporting die frame are introduced, and the force acting on the triangular support is analyzed. Finally, points for attention in construction are pointed out. Engineering practice shows that the process is simple, convenient to install and disassemble, and economical.
