【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和生活水平的提高,我國建筑裝飾行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出前所未有的快速發(fā)展態(tài)勢。目前國內(nèi)的建筑裝飾行業(yè)的發(fā)展存在著許多問題,企業(yè)管理粗放,僅憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行運(yùn)作,多數(shù)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略欠缺。建筑裝飾企業(yè)由于行業(yè)進(jìn)入壁壘小,中小企業(yè)眾多,競爭較為激烈,降價促銷成為競爭的主要手段,企業(yè)抵御風(fēng)險的能力較小。面對復(fù)雜的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,中小型裝飾企業(yè)如何立于不敗之地,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,戰(zhàn)略選擇是企業(yè)管理工作的重中之重。 本文立足于當(dāng)前我國建筑裝飾行業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及未來趨勢預(yù)測,在學(xué)習(xí)國內(nèi)外研究理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對北京藝星裝飾公司為代表的建筑裝飾行業(yè)策略的宏觀和微觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,提出了戰(zhàn)略選擇模型,并制定了保證戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的方法。應(yīng)用PEST方法,分析了建筑裝飾行業(yè)外部發(fā)展環(huán)境。運(yùn)用SWOT模型,通過對北京藝星裝飾公司進(jìn)行內(nèi)部條件分析,對所存在優(yōu)勢、劣勢、威脅、機(jī)遇進(jìn)行列表說明。在改進(jìn)SWOT模型的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)定量化戰(zhàn)略計劃矩陣QSPM,選擇與北京藝星裝飾公司產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境相適應(yīng)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,根據(jù)選定的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向,對目標(biāo)市場進(jìn)行重新定位,提出具有綠色建筑裝飾的新型戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)規(guī)劃,并提出可行的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施方案。最后,針對北京藝星裝飾公司,論述其戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施過程中的保障措施,確保戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃能夠順利展開,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的既定的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and the improvement of our living standard, the construction decoration industry in our country is developing rapidly and unprecedented. At present, there are many problems in the development of the building decoration industry in our country, and the enterprise management is extensive. Only by experience, most enterprises lack the development strategy. Because of the small barriers to entry, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises, the competition is more intense, the price reduction promotion becomes the main means of competition. Faced with the complex internal and external environment, the strategic choice of small and medium-sized decoration enterprises is the most important part of the enterprise management, how to stay in an invincible position and achieve sustainable development. This paper is based on the current situation of the development of the architectural decoration industry in our country and the forecast of the future trend, on the basis of studying the domestic and foreign research theory, This paper analyzes the macro and micro environment of architectural decoration industry strategy represented by Beijing Yixing Decoration Company, puts forward a strategic choice model, and formulates a method to ensure the implementation of the strategy. The PEST method is applied. This paper analyzes the external development environment of architectural decoration industry. By analyzing the internal conditions of Beijing Yixing Decoration Company by using SWOT model, the advantages, disadvantages, threats and opportunities of Beijing Yixing Decoration Company are listed and explained. On the basis of improving the SWOT model, the author makes a list of the advantages, disadvantages, threats and opportunities. According to the quantitative strategic planning matrix QSPM, select the enterprise strategy suitable to the industrial environment of Beijing Yixing Decoration Company, and reposition the target market according to the selected strategic development direction. This paper puts forward a new type of strategic goal planning with green building decoration, and puts forward a feasible strategic implementation plan. Finally, aiming at Beijing Yixing Decoration Company, the paper discusses the safeguard measures in the process of its strategy implementation to ensure that the strategic planning can be carried out smoothly. Achieve the established goals of the enterprise.
