【摘要】： 近年來,隨著我國室內(nèi)裝飾行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,室內(nèi)裝飾工程項目進度計劃與控制問題日益嚴重,項目工作流程混亂、工期滯后、成本過高、資源浪費等直接影響了項目質(zhì)量和項目績效,造成了不必要的經(jīng)濟損失,成為亟待解決的實際問題。論文應(yīng)用項目計劃與控制管理理論與管理工具,對室內(nèi)裝飾工程項目進度計劃與控制WNG管理模式進行了研究。 論文在分析室內(nèi)裝飾工程項目進度計劃與控制存在的主要問題及原因的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了室內(nèi)裝飾工程項目進度計劃與控制WNG管理模式,包括工作分解模塊、流程網(wǎng)絡(luò)模塊、任務(wù)進程模塊與優(yōu)化控制模塊。通過這幾個管理模塊對室內(nèi)裝飾工程項目的整個實施過程進行有效管理,使整個室內(nèi)裝飾工程項目的計劃目標、進度目標和整體目標得以實現(xiàn)。同時,論文還提出了室內(nèi)裝飾工程項目WNG管理模式實施保障的要點,并從技術(shù)、人力資源、材料資源、資金成本等方面提出了室內(nèi)裝飾工程項目進度計劃與控制WNG管理模式的保障措施,完善、健全了制度保障體系和資源保障體系。最后應(yīng)用室內(nèi)裝飾工程項目進度計劃與控制WNG管理模式進行實證分析,驗證該管理模式的實用性與可操作性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of interior decoration industry in our country, the problem of schedule plan and schedule control of interior decoration project is becoming increasingly serious, the project work flow chaos, time lag, high cost, waste of resources directly affect the project quality and project performance, resulting in unnecessary economic losses, become the urgent need to solve practical problems. The application of project planning and control management theory and management of interior decoration project schedule planning and control of WNG management mode were studied.
Based on analyzing the main problems of schedule and control of interior decoration project and the reasons, the construction of interior decoration project schedule planning and control of the WNG management model, including work breakdown process module, network module, module and control module. The process of optimization tasks through effective management of the entire implementation process the management module the interior decoration project, the entire interior decoration project plan, schedule objectives and overall objectives are achieved. At the same time, the thesis also puts forward the key points to ensure the implementing mode of interior decoration project of WNG tube, and from the technology, human resources, material resources, financial costs and other security measures are put forward, indoor decoration project schedule planning and control of WNG management mode is perfect, improve the system security system and resource guarantee system. Finally for interior decoration An empirical analysis of the project schedule and the control WNG management model is carried out to verify the practicability and maneuverability of the management model.
