【摘要】： 近幾年,裝飾行業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,市場前景廣闊。裝飾裝修美化人們家居環(huán)境,豐富人民生活。然而,裝飾所產(chǎn)生的質(zhì)量問題引起全社會的關(guān)注。多數(shù)施工隊伍沒有資質(zhì);施工過程沒有技術(shù)標準,憑經(jīng)驗施工;工人素質(zhì)低下等;裝飾質(zhì)量良誘不齊,裝飾裝修造成的室內(nèi)污染影響居住者健康安全,導(dǎo)致裝飾投訴逐年上升。據(jù)調(diào)查,裝飾裝修工程質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督是政府監(jiān)管盲點,缺少監(jiān)督;行業(yè)自律不嚴,缺乏科學評判體系與依據(jù)。 加強商品住宅裝飾裝修質(zhì)量評價研究,建立系統(tǒng)的、全面的科學評價體系是裝飾行業(yè)急需解決的課題,對于規(guī)范裝飾裝修公司施工行為,提高技術(shù)水平,保證裝飾質(zhì)量,引導(dǎo)行業(yè)健康發(fā)展具有極其重要意義。同時,為監(jiān)管部門提供驗收和決策依據(jù)。本文以商品住宅的室內(nèi)裝飾裝修項目為研究對象,重點研究裝飾評價理論、裝飾質(zhì)量評價影響因素、評價方法及評價模型的構(gòu)建。首先,從研究國內(nèi)外對裝飾裝修質(zhì)量評價文獻入手,了解目前國內(nèi)裝修裝飾評價現(xiàn)狀;然后,通過對裝飾裝修公司調(diào)查訪問,對現(xiàn)場施工過程研究,從行業(yè)角度,運用項目管理,質(zhì)量管理理論、過程控制方法,對設(shè)計、施工、驗收過程中,從人、機料、方法、環(huán)境(5M)五方面進行分析、探討,總結(jié)影響裝飾裝修質(zhì)量因素。對住宅裝飾戶進行問卷調(diào)查,針對裝飾裝修的特殊性,引入顧客滿意度、室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量安全指標,構(gòu)建裝飾裝修質(zhì)量評價指標體系,并構(gòu)建模糊綜合評價模型,并對幾種評價方法進行比較,采用專家調(diào)查法求權(quán)重,研究確定裝飾裝修質(zhì)量評價的模糊綜合評價法。最后,利用建立模糊綜合評價法對睢寧三個裝飾工程質(zhì)量進行評價,評價結(jié)果良、中、中,為今后對評定裝飾裝修工程有一定指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the decoration industry develops rapidly, the market prospect is broad. Decoration decoration beautifies people's home environment, enriches people's life. However, the quality problem caused by decoration causes the attention of the whole society. There is no technical standard in the construction process, which is based on experience; the quality of the workers is low; the decoration quality is not uniform; the indoor pollution caused by the decoration and decoration affects the health and safety of the occupants, leading to an increase in the complaints about decoration year by year. According to the investigation, The supervision of the quality of decoration and decoration works is the blind spot of government supervision and lack of supervision, and the self-discipline of the industry is not strict, and there is no scientific judgment system and basis. It is an urgent task for the decoration industry to strengthen the research on the evaluation of the decoration and decoration quality of the commercial housing, to establish a systematic and comprehensive scientific evaluation system, to standardize the construction behavior of the decoration and decoration companies, to improve the technical level, and to ensure the decoration quality. It is of great significance to guide the healthy development of the industry. At the same time, it provides the acceptance and decision basis for the supervision department. This paper takes the interior decoration and decoration project of the commercial residence as the research object, and focuses on the theory of decoration evaluation. First of all, starting with the study of the literature on the evaluation of decoration quality at home and abroad, to understand the current situation of decoration evaluation in China. Through investigation and visit to decoration and decoration company, research on site construction process, application of project management, quality management theory, process control method, design, construction, acceptance process, from person, machine material, method, from the angle of industry, project management, quality management theory, process control method, This paper analyzes, discusses and summarizes the factors that affect the quality of decoration and decoration. According to the particularity of decoration and decoration, it introduces customer satisfaction, indoor air quality and safety index, according to the particularity of decoration and decoration. The evaluation index system of decoration and decoration quality is constructed, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. Several evaluation methods are compared, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is studied to determine the quality evaluation of decoration and decoration by using the expert investigation method to calculate the weight. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the quality of the three decoration projects in Suining. The evaluation results are good, moderate and moderate, which has a certain guiding function for the evaluation of decoration and decoration engineering in the future.
