【摘要】：在科技發(fā)展的推動下,各種新型印刷手段層出不窮,傳統(tǒng)意義上的印刷技術得到了長足的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,印刷產業(yè)所涉及的領域正在持續(xù)擴張,這些行業(yè)特征在大幅面噴墨印刷方向體現(xiàn)得特別明顯。而UV數(shù)碼噴印技術以無需制版、數(shù)字成像的技術特征,已經成為寬幅面印刷領域的代表。UV數(shù)碼噴印技術的應用范圍廣泛,已從前期的廣告行業(yè),開始向家具裝飾制造、紡織業(yè)、包裝、陶瓷、標簽打印等其他領域延伸擴展。顯然,UV數(shù)碼噴印技術對于家具與木制品行業(yè)的發(fā)展來說,是一次很大的機遇。家具與木制品行業(yè)已經相當成熟,但是大部分傳統(tǒng)裝飾工藝周期長、成本高、效率低,且不能滿足個性化市場、綠色環(huán)保、快速生產的需求。而UV數(shù)碼噴印技術恰巧可以填補這方面的空白。現(xiàn)如今,大量文獻只有UV數(shù)碼噴印技術在紡織品等領域的應用研究,而對于UV數(shù)碼噴印在家具與木制品行業(yè)的應用則缺乏較深入的理論指導。由于裝飾圖案是解決UV數(shù)碼噴印技術在家具與木制品行業(yè)中應用的關鍵性難點,本文基于UV數(shù)碼噴印技術的特點,對家具與木制品表面裝飾圖案進行研究,并結合兩者探索數(shù)碼噴印圖案的設計方法,對UV數(shù)碼技術在家具與木制品中的推廣與發(fā)展具有一定的指導意義。論文的主要研究成果如下:(1)與傳統(tǒng)家具與木制品表面裝飾工藝對比,UV數(shù)碼噴印技術具有適用材料廣、無需制版、直接噴印、噴繪圖案質量好、細節(jié)表現(xiàn)強的特點,在家具與木制品的應用中具有很大優(yōu)勢,目前已經在家具、木地板、木門、裝飾畫等行業(yè)中開始嶄露頭角。(2)從裝飾圖案的位置、形狀、布置三個方面總結出家具與木制品表面裝飾圖案的基本規(guī)律,詳細分析了藝術類噴印、模擬工藝效果、模擬肌理效果這三類數(shù)碼噴印圖案的設計方法。(3)以UV數(shù)碼噴印基本流程為基礎,總結了UV數(shù)碼噴印技術應用于家具與木制品的具體流程:木紋肌理數(shù)碼信息采集、建立木紋圖庫的步驟、木紋圖像處理技術、噴印前基材處理、UV數(shù)碼噴印過程、后期處理。(4)以模擬3D木紋肌理數(shù)碼噴繪樣品制作為實際操作案例,論述了UV數(shù)碼技術應用于家具及木制品裝飾中模擬木紋肌理的具體方法。最后通過實驗論證,測試不同噴印模式下木制品表面UV數(shù)碼噴繪圖層的性能,分析論證該技術的應用符合國家標準。
[Abstract]:Driven by the development of science and technology, a variety of new printing means emerge in endlessly. The traditional printing technology has been greatly innovated, and the fields involved in the printing industry are continuously expanding. These industry features are particularly evident in the direction of large format inkjet printing. UV digital jet printing technology has become the representative of wide format printing field. UV digital jet printing technology has a wide range of applications. It has expanded from the early advertising industry to other areas such as furniture decoration, textile, packaging, ceramics, label printing, etc. It is clear that UV digital jet printing technology for furniture and wood products industry development, Furniture and wood products industry is quite mature, but most of the traditional decoration process cycle is long, high cost, low efficiency, and can not meet the personalized market, green, environmental protection, The need for rapid production. And UV digital jet printing technology can just fill this gap. Nowadays, a large number of documents only UV digital jet printing technology in textiles and other fields of application research, However, the application of UV digital spray printing in furniture and wood products industry is lack of deep theoretical guidance, because decorative pattern is the key difficulty to solve the application of UV digital spray printing technology in furniture and wood products industry. Based on the characteristics of UV digital spray printing technology, this paper studies the surface decoration patterns of furniture and wood products, and explores the design method of digital jet printing patterns. It has certain guiding significance for the promotion and development of UV digital technology in furniture and wood products. The main research results of this paper are as follows: 1) compared with traditional furniture and wood products surface decoration technology, UV digital spray printing technology has a wide range of suitable materials. No need for plate making, direct printing, good quality of inkjet pattern, strong performance of detail, has a great advantage in the application of furniture and wood products, has been in furniture, wood flooring, wooden doors, From the position, shape and layout of decorative patterns, the basic laws of decorative patterns on furniture and wood products surface are summarized, and the art spray printing is analyzed in detail to simulate the technological effects. Based on the basic flow of UV digital jet printing, this paper summarizes the specific flow of UV digital jet printing technology applied to furniture and wood products: Wood texture digital information collection. The steps of establishing wood grain map database, wood grain image processing technology, substrate processing before printing and UV digital spray printing process, and post processing. 4) taking simulating 3D woodgrain texture digital spray painting sample making as practical operation case. This paper discusses the concrete method of applying UV digital technology to furniture and wood decoration to simulate the texture of wood grain. Finally, the performance of UV digital painting layer on wood products surface under different jet printing modes is tested by experiment. The application of this technology conforms to the national standard.
