裝飾薄木飾面過程對(duì)木門表面電阻的影響

【摘要】:靜電噴涂技術(shù)在木門制造中的應(yīng)用才剛起步,木門表面電阻的大小直接影響靜電噴涂的效果。實(shí)木復(fù)合門是木門中的重要分支,它多以中密度纖維板(MDF)作為上下表層基材,并采用裝飾薄木通過熱壓膠合的方式進(jìn)行飾面處理。因此,探究裝飾薄木飾面過程對(duì)木門表面電阻的影響規(guī)律能夠?yàn)槠浜罄m(xù)的靜電噴涂工藝提供關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)及理論依據(jù)。筆者通過實(shí)驗(yàn)手段,以黑胡桃裝飾薄木與中密度纖維板的飾面過程作為研究對(duì)象,分析飾面過程中膠合試件表面電阻的演變規(guī)律,以此來分析裝飾薄木飾面過程對(duì)木門表面電阻的影響規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:由于裝飾薄木飾面過程中膠黏劑層的引入,木門飾面后其表面電阻降低、導(dǎo)電特性提高,有助于提高靜電噴涂效果。
[Abstract]:Application of electrostatic spraying technology in wood manufacturing has just started, the wooden surface resistance directly affects the electrostatic spraying effect. Solid wood composite door is an important branch of it by wood, MDF (MDF) as the substrate surface, and decorated with Bo Mutong hot pressing way finishes. Therefore, influence of explore decorative veneered process of wood surface resistance can provide critical data and theoretical basis for the subsequent electrostatic spraying process. Through experimental methods, to finish process of black walnut veneer and MDF as the research object, the evolution analysis of the specimen surface veneer bonding resistance in order to analyze the influence of the decorative veneered process of wood surface resistance. The experimental results showed that: the introduction of adhesive layer of decorative veneered process, The surface resistance of the wooden door is reduced and the electrical conductivity is improved, which helps to improve the effect of electrostatic spraying.
