【摘要】: 我國正處于社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期,日趨激烈的競爭環(huán)境、不斷加快的工作節(jié)奏,在給勞動者帶來更多機遇的同時,也給人們施加了巨大的工作壓力。選擇F建筑裝飾公司員工的工作壓力作為研究對象,希望通過提出的工作壓力管理策略,幫助F建筑裝飾公司緩解員工工作壓力、提高員工工作效率和工作滿意度,同時提高企業(yè)的整體績效和競爭力。 首先,在總結(jié)以往壓力管理研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對壓力產(chǎn)生的根源、壓力反應(yīng)模式、壓力影響變量以及壓力作用結(jié)果組成的壓力作用流程進行了系統(tǒng)分析。其次,采用案例分析、問卷調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計分析相結(jié)合的方法進行了研究。搜集有關(guān)案例資料,在前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上進行深入的研究;通過問卷調(diào)查方式,對西安F建筑裝飾公司員工的工作壓力源、目前的應(yīng)對策略、工作壓力反應(yīng)及工作滿意度情況進行調(diào)查;對收集到的問卷進行整理,并運用SPSS軟件對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析;通過對統(tǒng)計結(jié)果的分析,歸納出目前西安F建筑裝飾公司員工所面臨的主要工作壓力源、目前應(yīng)對策略的效果、實際的壓力反應(yīng)狀況以及工作滿意度。最后,根據(jù)調(diào)查分析的結(jié)果,結(jié)合建筑裝飾公司員工的工作壓力特點,從組織和個體兩個層面進行了工作壓力管理策略的研究,并提出了具體的、有針對性的工作壓力管理策略。 通過對F建筑裝飾公司員工工作壓力源及壓力現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析,結(jié)合建筑裝飾公司員工工作壓力特點,從人力資源管理和組織行為學(xué)的角度為F建筑裝飾公司提出切實可行的工作壓力管理策略。同時,為我國建筑裝飾企業(yè)進行工作壓力管理提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the period of social transition, with the increasingly fierce competitive environment and the accelerating pace of work, which brings more opportunities to the laborer at the same time. It also exerts great pressure on people. We choose the work pressure of F building decoration company as the research object, hoping to help F building decoration company alleviate the work pressure through the proposed work stress management strategy. Improve employee work efficiency and job satisfaction, while improving the overall performance and competitiveness of the enterprise. First of all, on the basis of summarizing the previous research on pressure management, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the pressure process composed of pressure source, pressure response mode, pressure influence variables and pressure action results. The method of combining questionnaire survey with statistical analysis is studied. Relevant case data are collected, and based on the previous research results, in-depth research is carried out. Through the questionnaire survey, the working stressors of the staff of Xi'an F Building and Decoration Company are investigated. The current coping strategies, job stress response and job satisfaction are investigated; the collected questionnaires are sorted out, and the survey data are statistically analyzed by using SPSS software; through the analysis of the statistical results, The main work stressors faced by the staff of Xi'an F Building and Decoration Company, the effects of the current coping strategies, the actual stress response and job satisfaction are summarized. Finally, according to the results of the investigation and analysis, Combined with the working stress characteristics of the employees in the building decoration company, the paper studies the working stress management strategy from the two aspects of organization and individual, and puts forward the concrete and targeted work stress management strategy. Through the investigation and analysis of the working stressors and the current situation of the employees in F Building and Decoration Company, combined with the characteristics of the working stress of the employees in the Building and Decoration Company, From the point of view of human resource management and organizational behavior, this paper puts forward feasible working stress management strategies for F Building Decoration Company, and provides a reference basis for the construction decoration enterprises in our country to carry out the work stress management at the same time.
