基于智能客戶端的裝修管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】: 近年來,裝飾公司希望客戶信息管理能夠進(jìn)行良好的記錄跟蹤,信息在各部門之間流程暢通,經(jīng)營者能夠及時關(guān)注訂單運(yùn)行狀況,統(tǒng)計分析訂單成活率,明確訂單任務(wù)分配,及時準(zhǔn)確的掌握經(jīng)營情況。然而,裝修管理信息系統(tǒng)尚處于探索發(fā)展階段,至今沒有完善、成熟的解決方案。 在詳細(xì)分析智能客戶端技術(shù)以及微軟推出的智能客戶端軟件工廠的應(yīng)用特點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵要素的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合裝修管理信息系統(tǒng)所面臨的問題,綜合考慮涉及到的各種因素和約束條件,設(shè)計了基于智能客戶端的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。在智能客戶端技術(shù)以及微軟推出的智能客戶端軟件工廠的基礎(chǔ)上針對裝修管理信息系統(tǒng)自身的特點(diǎn),制定了合適的框架,使系統(tǒng)具備了無接觸部署能力:安裝時只要將一個主程序文件下載到本地,直接運(yùn)行即可,無須改變注冊表或共享的系統(tǒng)組件,其他應(yīng)用組件將在第一次運(yùn)行時自動下載;同時具備自動更新能力:只需將新版本的程序發(fā)布在服務(wù)器上,由客戶端自動發(fā)現(xiàn)最新版本的程序和應(yīng)用組件,并自動下載和更新;離線運(yùn)用能力:允許脫離服務(wù)器時,利用本地的客戶端程序和應(yīng)用組件進(jìn)行工作;具備動態(tài)加載應(yīng)用組件能力:應(yīng)用軟件開發(fā)商可根據(jù)企業(yè)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的公共接口進(jìn)行開發(fā),然后將應(yīng)用組件發(fā)布在企業(yè)的服務(wù)器上,客戶端應(yīng)用程序?qū)⒆詣影l(fā)現(xiàn)并加載該應(yīng)用組件;具備個性化用戶界面能力:用戶可根據(jù)喜好自行設(shè)置客戶端應(yīng)用程序,配置信息將被保存到服務(wù)器上。 基于智能客戶端的裝修管理信息系統(tǒng)已在Windows XP操作系統(tǒng)平臺上開發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)并投入使用,具體使用的開發(fā)工具是VS2005,Smart Client Software Factory ,SQL Server 2005。實(shí)踐證明該系統(tǒng)具有較好的適應(yīng)性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, decoration companies hope that customer information management can keep track of good records, that the flow of information between departments is smooth, that operators can pay attention to the operation of orders in time, that the survival rate of orders can be statistically analyzed, and that the assignment of orders can be clearly defined. Grasp the management situation in time and accurately. However, the decoration management information system is still in the stage of exploration and development, so far there is no perfect and mature solution. Based on the detailed analysis of the smart client technology and the application characteristics and key elements of the smart client software factory developed by Microsoft, the problems faced by the decoration management information system are discussed. Taking into account the various factors and constraints involved, Based on the technology of smart client and the software factory of smart client introduced by Microsoft, a suitable framework is developed according to the characteristics of decoration management information system. Make the system have the ability to deploy contactless: install as long as a main program file downloaded to the local, can run directly, do not need to change the registry or shared system components, other application components will be automatically downloaded at the first run; It also has the ability to automatically update: just publish the new version of the program on the server, the client automatically finds the latest version of the program and application components, and automatically download and update; offline ability: allows to leave the server, Working with local client programs and application components; having the ability to dynamically load application components: application software developers can develop according to the common interfaces of enterprise application systems, and then publish application components on enterprise servers. Client applications will automatically discover and load the application components; personalized user interface capabilities: users can set up their own client applications, configuration information will be saved to the server. The decoration management information system based on smart client has been developed and put into use on the platform of Windows XP operating system. The development tool is VS2005 Smart Client Software Factory and SQL Server 2005. The practice shows that the system has good adaptability and practicability.
