【摘要】:隨著加入WTO以后市場競爭的日趨激烈,我國制造企業(yè)不僅面臨著提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的重任,而且需要全面提升企業(yè)競爭力,對企業(yè)實施信息化管理成為各類企業(yè)的普遍需要。于是每個企業(yè)都在尋求較好的生產(chǎn)與運作管理方案,以提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營和管理效率,從而提高企業(yè)的核心競爭優(yōu)勢。而生產(chǎn)與運作管理的核心是生產(chǎn)作業(yè)調(diào)度問題能否高效地獲得優(yōu)化解,因此,研究生產(chǎn)作監(jiān)調(diào)度問題具有很大的理論意義和現(xiàn)實價值。生產(chǎn)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)是一個綜合的職能部門,它是企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)指揮中心,對生產(chǎn)活動中的各工序、各環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的控制與協(xié)調(diào)。在傳統(tǒng)的制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)中存在著一些問題,如在調(diào)度過程中缺乏必要的現(xiàn)場信息,而控制層也不能及時將生產(chǎn)過程中可能發(fā)生或已經(jīng)發(fā)生的脫離計劃的偏差信息反映給計劃層。 制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)(MES)其定義為:“位于上層的計劃管理系統(tǒng)與底層的生產(chǎn)控制之間的面向車間層的管理信息系統(tǒng)”。它建立了以生產(chǎn)作業(yè)管理為中心的計算機輔助車間管理信息系統(tǒng),能夠很好地解決上述所存在問題。MES將來自企業(yè)計劃層的計劃信息轉(zhuǎn)化為指令下發(fā)到生產(chǎn)控制層,并從生產(chǎn)控制層中獲得生產(chǎn)實績數(shù)據(jù),向計劃層及時地提供生產(chǎn)實際狀況信息。 本論文以企業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)集成S95標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為方法和基礎(chǔ)。簡要介紹了MES的概念及S95標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之后依據(jù)S95標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分析了MES中的計劃調(diào)度活動,并依此建立了裝飾布企業(yè)計劃調(diào)度活動的活動模型,分析了計劃調(diào)度活動的相關(guān)信息,詳細(xì)論述了生產(chǎn)能力信息。之后分析了裝飾布企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的特點以及存在的問題,提出車間作業(yè)調(diào)度具體方案。在分析車間作業(yè)調(diào)度內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了裝飾布企業(yè)生產(chǎn)模式下工序級作業(yè)調(diào)度與設(shè)備組內(nèi)作業(yè)分配相結(jié)合的分層調(diào)度模型,分別介紹兩個層次調(diào)度的目標(biāo)與規(guī)則的選取以及算法步驟。最后通過企業(yè)中的實例,驗證了該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition after China's entry into WTO, Chinese manufacturing enterprises are not only faced with the task of improving the productivity of enterprises, but also need to enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises. The implementation of information management for enterprises has become a common need of all kinds of enterprises, so each enterprise is looking for a better plan of production and operation management in order to improve the efficiency of production, management and management. Therefore, the core of production and operation management is whether or not the production scheduling problem can be solved efficiently, so, It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the problem of production supervision and scheduling. Production scheduling system is a comprehensive functional department. There are some problems in the traditional production scheduling system of manufacturing enterprises, such as the lack of necessary field information in the process of scheduling. The control layer can not reflect the deviation information which may occur or has occurred in the production process to the planning layer. Manufacturing execution system (mes) is defined as "Shop level oriented Management Information system (SMIs) located between the planning management system at the upper level and the production control at the bottom", which establishes a computer-aided workshop management information system with production job management as the center. Mes can well solve the above problems. Mes transforms the plan information from the enterprise planning layer into instructions to the production control layer, and obtains the production performance data from the production control layer, and provides the production actual status information to the plan layer in time. This paper is based on the S95 standard of enterprise control system integration, introduces the concept of MES and the S95 standard, then analyzes the planning and scheduling activities in MES according to S95 standard. Based on this, the activity model of planning and scheduling activities of decorative cloth enterprises is established, and the related information of planning and scheduling activities is analyzed, and the information of production capacity is discussed in detail. Then, the characteristics and problems of production of decorative cloth enterprises are analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the content of job shop scheduling, a hierarchical scheduling model combining process level job scheduling and equipment group job assignment is proposed in the production mode of decorative cloth enterprises. The selection of targets and rules and the steps of the algorithm are introduced respectively. Finally, the feasibility of this method is verified by an example in an enterprise.
