旅游影響下麗江古城傳統(tǒng)民居建筑空間消費(fèi)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)代社會(huì),消費(fèi)成為社會(huì)文化的核心以及社會(huì)運(yùn)行與空間建構(gòu)的特殊動(dòng)因。以消費(fèi)文化為核心的麗江旅游業(yè)在提高古城經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時(shí)也使其傳統(tǒng)民居建筑空間出現(xiàn)了消費(fèi)性的變遷。本文以消費(fèi)文化為核心,建筑空間的建構(gòu)邏輯為出發(fā)點(diǎn),分析麗江古城傳統(tǒng)民居建筑空間在旅游影響下發(fā)生變遷的特征與機(jī)理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行更深層的討論。研究?jī)?nèi)容及結(jié)論如下: (1)空間消費(fèi)是建筑空間發(fā)生變遷的根本 從建筑空間本身出發(fā),分析對(duì)比旅游前后建筑空間的建構(gòu)邏輯,發(fā)現(xiàn)人為建構(gòu)邏輯的改變決定了建筑空間特征的變遷;诖,旅游發(fā)展后消費(fèi)文化主導(dǎo)下的空間消費(fèi)傾向是古城傳統(tǒng)民居建筑空間發(fā)生變遷的外在原因。而新興主體不同空間消費(fèi)需求的出現(xiàn)是造成建筑空間發(fā)生變遷的內(nèi)在因素。 (2)傳統(tǒng)民居建筑空間發(fā)生了消費(fèi)性的變遷 通過(guò)對(duì)建筑空間各表達(dá)方面的研究發(fā)現(xiàn):消費(fèi)文化打破了原有的空間功能,建筑功能出現(xiàn)了異化;傳統(tǒng)民居建筑的內(nèi)部空間(平面形式與功能分區(qū))出現(xiàn)了迎合多元空間消費(fèi)需求的重組、異化、重塑,保留的原住民空間也發(fā)生了追求現(xiàn)代消費(fèi)觀念的生活空間的改造;建筑的立面色彩在追求空間視覺(jué)消費(fèi)的目的下,營(yíng)造出類型繁多、色彩環(huán)境雜亂的古城色彩空間;建筑裝飾則由原來(lái)的建筑組成元素變成當(dāng)下符號(hào)消費(fèi)的重要表征?偟膩(lái)說(shuō),空間由承載消費(fèi)活動(dòng)的物質(zhì)載體變?yōu)橛兄?hào)特質(zhì)的可被消費(fèi)的對(duì)象,在游客,經(jīng)營(yíng)者以及少量原住民構(gòu)成的新興空間使用主體的空間消費(fèi)需求下,發(fā)生了消費(fèi)性的變遷。 (3)建筑空間表達(dá)出“變與不變”的特質(zhì) 在以上結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),古鎮(zhèn)旅游之所以在造成建筑空間發(fā)生消費(fèi)性改變的同時(shí)仍能依托其存在是因?yàn)閭鹘y(tǒng)建筑空間在空間消費(fèi)的機(jī)制下表達(dá)出了變與不變的特質(zhì)。消費(fèi)文化改變了建筑空間的功能,但未改變其使用價(jià)值存在的自然屬性;代替了傳統(tǒng)文化成為建筑空間的核心文化,但未造成傳統(tǒng)文化的消失,而是使之成為消費(fèi)的對(duì)象。因而,才保證了傳統(tǒng)建筑在旅游中本質(zhì)地保存。 文章以消費(fèi)文化及建筑空間建構(gòu)邏輯為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建了旅游古鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)民居建筑空間的研究框架;同時(shí),以麗江為例,提出在旅游影響下古鎮(zhèn)建筑空間的演變機(jī)理。在理論及實(shí)際應(yīng)用中均有所創(chuàng)新。完善了旅游影響的研究的同時(shí),也為今后麗江古城的旅游發(fā)展與古城保護(hù)提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的科學(xué)依據(jù)和理論基礎(chǔ)。值得指出的是,文章在對(duì)建筑外部空間以及麗江三地橫向?qū)Ρ确矫娴难芯咳杂兴啡?有待進(jìn)一步完善及研究。
[Abstract]:Contemporary society, Consumption has become the core of social culture and the special motivation of social operation and space construction. The tourism industry in Lijiang, which takes consumer culture as the core, not only improves the economic benefits of the ancient city, but also makes the traditional residential building space appear consuming. This article takes the consumption culture as the core, The construction logic of architectural space is taken as the starting point to analyze the characteristics and mechanism of the changes in the traditional residential space of Lijiang ancient city under the influence of tourism, and on the basis of which, the deeper discussion is carried out. The research contents and conclusions are as follows:. Space consumption is the root of the change of architectural space. Starting from the architectural space itself, this paper analyzes and compares the construction logic of architectural space before and after tourism, and finds that the change of artificial construction logic determines the change of architectural space characteristics. The spatial consumption tendency under the guidance of the consumption culture after tourism development is the external reason of the change of the architectural space of the traditional residential buildings in the ancient city, and the appearance of the different space consumption demand of the emerging subjects is the internal factor that causes the changes of the architectural space. (2) the change of consumption in the space of traditional residential buildings. Through the research on the expression of architectural space, it is found that consumption culture has broken the original space function, and the architectural function has appeared alienation; The internal space (plane form and functional partition) of the traditional residential buildings has been reorganized to meet the needs of multi-dimensional consumption, the aboriginal space that has been alienated, remolded and preserved has also undergone the transformation of the living space which pursues the modern concept of consumption. The facade color of architecture, in pursuit of space visual consumption, creates an ancient city color space with various types and chaotic color environment, while architectural decoration becomes an important symbol of current symbol consumption from the original architectural elements. Space has changed from a material carrier carrying consumption activities to a consumable object with symbolic characteristics. Under the demand of space consumption of the emerging space users composed of tourists, operators and a small number of aborigines, consumption changes have taken place. 3) Architectural space expresses the characteristics of "change and invariance" On the basis of the above conclusions, the study also found that, The reason why the ancient town tourism can still rely on the consuming change of architectural space is because the traditional architectural space expresses the characteristics of change and invariance under the mechanism of space consumption. The consumption culture changes the function of the building space. But it has not changed the nature attribute of its use value existence; has replaced the traditional culture to become the core culture of the building space, but has not caused the disappearance of the traditional culture, but has made it become the object of consumption. In order to ensure that the traditional building in the nature of tourism preservation. Based on the construction logic of consumption culture and architectural space, this paper constructs the research framework of traditional residential space in ancient tourist towns, and takes Lijiang as an example. The paper puts forward the evolution mechanism of the ancient town's architectural space under the influence of tourism, innovates in both theory and practice, improves the research of tourism influence, and at the same time, It also provides a solid scientific basis and theoretical basis for the tourism development and protection of the ancient city of Lijiang in the future. It is worth pointing out that the research on the exterior space of the building and the horizontal comparison of the three places in Lijiang is still lacking. It needs further improvement and research.
