表面處理對裝飾原紙的紙頁結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的研究機制

【摘要】:人造板是以裝飾紙浸漬樹脂后與刨花板熱壓而成。裝飾紙中因浸漬樹脂在使用過程中會釋放甲醛,對環(huán)境和人體產(chǎn)生危害。為減少紙頁對樹脂膠液的吸收進而減少紙頁中的甲醛含量,本文采用實驗室自制變性淀粉對裝飾原紙進行表面施膠,再進行三聚氰胺甲醛樹脂的浸漬,實驗證明,表面施膠后裝飾原紙能夠顯著降低對三聚氰胺甲醛樹脂的浸膠量,同時能夠提高紙頁強度,增強其表面性能。 本文研究了裝飾原紙的抄造工藝、表面施膠劑的制備、三聚氰胺甲醛樹脂的浸漬工藝,得出以下結(jié)論。 1選取針葉木與闊葉木以6:4的比例抄造裝飾原紙,可獲得良好的紙頁強度性能和吸液性能,抄造裝飾原紙時加入30%的鈦白粉,同時加入1.5%的分散劑,提高紙張的遮蓋性,加入1.5%的CPAM助留助濾劑提高鈦白粉在紙頁上的留著,加入1.0%的PAE作為濕強劑以提高紙頁的濕強性能,加入1.0%的硫酸鋁調(diào)節(jié)漿料的pH,滿足裝飾原紙抄造需求。 2對原淀粉進行改性處理:首先,用3.0%(相對于原淀粉)的3-Cl-2-羥丙基三甲基氯化銨作為醚化劑對淀粉進行醚化處理,在1.0%(相對于原淀粉)NaOH堿性條件下處理140min,醚化溫度為35℃,制得醚化淀粉;其次,將原淀粉用淀粉酶進行酶化處理,淀粉酶用量為原淀粉的0.1%,淀粉濃度為5%,酶化反應(yīng)在85℃下進行,反應(yīng)時間為20min;第三,以最佳醚化條件、最佳酶化條件對原淀粉進行醚化酶化處理,制得醚化酶化淀粉。 3將制得的三種變性淀粉對實驗室抄造的裝飾原紙進行表面施膠,通過對比施膠后紙頁的吸液性能及干濕強度性能選取醚化酶化淀粉為最佳的表面施膠劑,醚化酶化淀粉最佳施膠量為1.5g/m2,此時可使紙頁獲得干濕抗張指數(shù)分別為32.06N m/g和13.67N m/g,表面吸水值和吸高分別為98.16%、27.56mm/10min。 4將紙頁在三聚氰胺甲醛樹脂中浸漬,通過一系列分析對比,最終得出最佳浸漬條件為:將表面施膠后的裝飾原紙在三聚氰胺甲醛樹脂中浸漬240s,選取最佳浸膠量為130%,之后將紙頁干燥固化處理,固化溫度為140℃,固化時間30min,此時紙頁干濕強度為36.55N m/g、20.03N m/g,揮發(fā)物含量為6.31%,未施膠裝飾原紙在此條件下的揮發(fā)物含量為10.24%。通過電鏡及機理分析證明,醚化酶化淀粉施膠后裝飾原紙對樹脂的吸收量低,甲醛含量低,強度高,性能優(yōu)異。
[Abstract]:Wood-based panels are made of decorative paper impregnated with resin and hot-pressed with particleboard. In decorative paper, formaldehyde is released during the use of impregnated resin. In order to reduce the absorption of resin glue solution and the formaldehyde content in the paper, the modified starch was used to sizing the decorative base paper, and then impregnated with melamine formaldehyde resin. Experimental results show that the surface sizing of decorative base paper can significantly reduce the amount of leaching of melamine formaldehyde resin, at the same time, it can improve the strength of the paper and enhance its surface properties. In this paper, the preparation of decorative base paper, the preparation of surface sizing agent and the impregnation of melamine formaldehyde resin are studied. 1 selecting coniferous wood and broadleaved wood to make decorative base paper with a ratio of 6: 4, good sheet strength and liquid absorption properties can be obtained.
