【摘要】： 隨著中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)浪潮越來(lái)越高,對(duì)于一些年輕人來(lái)說(shuō),想要買套一百多平方米的房子越來(lái)越力不從心,所以某些大城市,適應(yīng)這部分需求的小型商品房已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)。但小戶型被多數(shù)人看作是一種過(guò)渡產(chǎn)品,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)很多人對(duì)小戶型的認(rèn)識(shí)只停留在表面,因?yàn)榭臻g安排得相對(duì)緊湊,使得對(duì)小戶型產(chǎn)品的居住功能更是充滿質(zhì)疑,既然房子本身無(wú)法改變,所以人們對(duì)涉及到小戶型提高其使用率、性價(jià)比、居住舒適度提出了越來(lái)越高的要求。怎么彌補(bǔ)居室面積小的缺點(diǎn)。怎么能讓小戶型變得大氣怎么讓原本那種很緊張、很局促的感覺(jué),通過(guò)精彩的設(shè)計(jì)能產(chǎn)生寬敞、通透的空間感覺(jué)成為目前設(shè)計(jì)界越來(lái)越關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。 本論文從應(yīng)用方面看,是以裝飾設(shè)計(jì)理論為基礎(chǔ),以軟件工程為指導(dǎo),以軟件3DMAX應(yīng)用為手段針對(duì)小戶型空間的裝飾的研究,為解決其實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題找到了科學(xué)的解決方法,同時(shí)也可以為日后的工程實(shí)踐提供參考,從這個(gè)角度來(lái)說(shuō),本文具有一定的相識(shí)意義。 從理論方面來(lái)看,本文也具有自身的學(xué)術(shù)意義及價(jià)值。就筆者的觀察,至今為止,對(duì)小戶型空間的裝飾的研究設(shè)計(jì)都是以視覺(jué)直覺(jué)和視覺(jué)心理為基礎(chǔ)的,而本文將探求的是以軟件工程為基本框架對(duì)室內(nèi)裝飾設(shè)計(jì)加以探討,為今后的裝飾設(shè)計(jì)開辟了一條新的思路,這也是本文的創(chuàng)新之處。
[Abstract]:With the rising tide of real estate development in China, for some young people, it is becoming more and more difficult to buy a house of more than 100 square meters, so some big cities, Small commercial housing has emerged to meet this part of the demand. But small hukou is regarded by most people as a transitional product. For a long time, many people have only kept their understanding of small hukou on the surface, because the space arrangement is relatively compact. This makes the residential function of the small household products full of doubts. Since the house itself cannot be changed, people increase their utilization rate and the ratio of performance to price when it comes to the small household type. How to make up for the shortcomings of the small living area. How to make the small family become atmosphere how to let the original very tense, very cramped feeling, through the wonderful design can produce spacious, The clear sense of space has become a more and more concerned issue in the field of design. From the aspect of application, this paper is based on the theory of decorative design, guided by software engineering, and based on the application of software 3DMAX to the research of decoration of small space, and has found a scientific solution to solve the practical design problem. At the same time can also provide reference for future engineering practice, from this point of view, this paper has certain understanding significance. From the theoretical point of view, this paper also has its own academic significance and value. So far, the research and design of the decoration of small hukou space is based on visual intuition and visual psychology. This paper will explore the interior decoration design with software engineering as the basic framework, which opens a new way of thinking for the future decoration design, which is also the innovation of this paper.
