【摘要】： 隨著世界經(jīng)濟全球化趨勢的不斷發(fā)展,物流已經(jīng)成為世界各國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新的增長點。在國際上,素有“第三利潤源”之稱的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)已被認(rèn)為是國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的動脈和基本產(chǎn)業(yè),其發(fā)展程度成為衡量一個國家現(xiàn)代化程度和綜合國力的重要標(biāo)志。 無論是物流企業(yè)還是企業(yè)物流,如何對自身物流資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化配置,如何實施管理和決策,用最小的成本帶來最大的效益,都是目前企業(yè)們所面臨的最重要問題之一�，F(xiàn)代物流管理已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)降低成本、創(chuàng)造利潤、提高經(jīng)濟效益的新途徑。 本文以富美家裝飾材料深圳公司為研究對象,從理論論述、物流成本管理存在問題的分析、改進(jìn)和保障措施等幾個層面對富美家裝飾材料深圳公司的物流現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究和探索。 首先,從理論分析入手,闡述了物流成本管理的概念和內(nèi)容、方法相關(guān)理論及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了庫存成本控制、運輸成本控制、倉儲成本控制等； 其次,介紹了富美家裝飾材料深圳公司的基本情況,通過對該公司物流現(xiàn)狀的分析,提出了庫存管理、運輸管理、倉儲管理等方面存在的問題； 再次,針對富美家裝飾材料深圳公司在庫存管理、運輸管理、倉儲管理等方面存在的問題,提出了一系列的改進(jìn)方案,在庫存管理問題采用了ABC分類法,經(jīng)濟訂貨批量模型等成本控制方法,在運輸管理存在的問題采用了霍撒克法則等控制運輸成本,在倉儲管理存在的問題通過采用物流信息系統(tǒng)加強對倉儲成本的控制等； 最后,針對富美家裝飾材料深圳公司的物流現(xiàn)狀存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of the globalization of the world economy, logistics has become a new growth point for the economic development of all countries in the world. The logistics industry, known as the "third profit source", has been regarded as the artery and basic industry of national economic development, and its development degree has become an important symbol of a country's modernization and comprehensive national strength. Whether logistics enterprises or enterprises logistics, how to optimize the allocation of their own logistics resources, how to implement management and decision-making, with the minimum cost to bring the greatest benefits, Modern logistics management has become a new way for enterprises to reduce costs, create profits and improve economic efficiency. In this paper, Fumeijia decorative material Shenzhen Company as the research object, from the theoretical discussion, logistics cost management problems analysis, The logistics status of Fumeijia decorative material Shenzhen Company is studied and explored in several aspects, such as improvement and safeguard measures. First of all, starting with the theoretical analysis, this paper expounds the concept and content of logistics cost management, the related theory of methods and the current research situation at home and abroad, and analyzes the inventory cost control, transportation cost control, storage cost control and so on. Secondly, it introduces the basic situation of Fumeijia decorative material Shenzhen Company, through the analysis of the current situation of the company's logistics, puts forward the existing problems in the aspects of inventory management, transportation management, storage management, etc. Thirdly, aiming at the problems existing in inventory management, transportation management, storage management and so on, a series of improvement schemes are put forward, in which ABC classification is used in inventory management. Some cost control methods, such as economic order batch model, are used to control transportation cost in transportation management, while in warehouse management, logistics information system is used to strengthen the control of storage cost. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures for the problems existing in the logistics situation of Fumeijia Decoration material Shenzhen Company.
