呼和浩特市蒙古族經(jīng)營的銀飾商鋪發(fā)展中存在的問題探析

【摘要】:論文由導(dǎo)論,呼和浩特市蒙古族經(jīng)營的銀飾商鋪概況、呼和浩特市蒙古族經(jīng)營的銀飾商鋪之作用與功能、呼和浩特市蒙古族經(jīng)營的銀飾商鋪中存在的問題和發(fā)展的對策等三章主體內(nèi)容,結(jié)語,參考文獻(xiàn),附錄等內(nèi)容組成。導(dǎo)論,包括研究概況、選題目的、研究方法。第一章,呼和浩特市蒙古族經(jīng)營銀飾的商鋪概況中,闡明了呼和浩特市蒙古族經(jīng)營的銀飾商鋪的分布狀況、銀飾種類、經(jīng)營形式等內(nèi)容。同時,將分布狀況分為以高校為中心的分布圈、以寺廟為中心的分布圈;將銀飾的種類分為與飲食相關(guān)的銀飾、裝飾銀飾、馬具與其它銀飾等三種類型;將經(jīng)營形式分為個體經(jīng)營形式和聯(lián)合經(jīng)營形式。第二章,呼和浩特市蒙古族經(jīng)營的銀飾商鋪之作用與功能中,從提供需求之作用、擴(kuò)大就業(yè)之作用、豐富旅游內(nèi)容之作用等三個方面闡釋了銀飾商鋪的作用;從傳承蒙古文化的功能、傳承發(fā)展銀飾工藝的功能等兩個方面論述了銀飾商鋪的功能。第三章,呼和浩特市蒙古族經(jīng)營的銀飾商鋪中存在的問題和發(fā)展的對策中,從經(jīng)營形式單一、經(jīng)營經(jīng)驗欠缺、質(zhì)量欠保障等三個方面予以了歸納。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從突出個性特征、增加銀飾種類、保障銀飾質(zhì)量、改變服務(wù)方式等四個方面提出了自己的見解。結(jié)語中認(rèn)為,從社會學(xué)的視角來看,銀飾商鋪的發(fā)展不僅具有推動市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的作用,而且對有效運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)文化資源有著重要的作用。

The distribution circles centered on temples; the types of silver ornaments are classified into three types: those related to food and drink, decorative silver ornaments, horses and other silver ornaments, and the business forms are divided into self-employed and joint operation forms. In the function and function of silver decoration shops operated by Mongolian nationality in Hohhot, the paper explains the functions of silver ornaments shops from three aspects: providing demand, expanding employment, enriching tourism contents, and inheriting Mongolian culture. This paper discusses the function of silver decoration shop from two aspects, such as inheriting and developing the function of silver decoration craft. Chapter three, the problems existing in the silver decoration shop operated by the Mongolian nationality in Hohhot and the countermeasures for its development, from the single management form, the lack of management experience, On the basis of this, the author puts forward his own opinions from four aspects, namely, highlighting the personality characteristics, increasing the types of silver ornaments, ensuring the quality of silver ornaments, and changing the service mode. From the perspective of sociology, the development of silver shops not only promotes the market economy, but also plays an important role in the effective use of traditional cultural resources.
