【摘要】：正[本刊訊]為了加強對房屋建筑裝飾裝修的管理,確保國家財產(chǎn)和公共安全,建設(shè)部于今年8月7日發(fā)布了第46號部令《建筑裝飾裝修管理規(guī)定》(以下簡稱《規(guī)定》),并自1959年9月1日起施行。為了認真貫徹實施這個《規(guī)定》,建設(shè)部房地產(chǎn)業(yè)司于8月28日以(95)建房物字第33號文發(fā)出了“關(guān)于認真貫徹《建筑裝飾裝修管理規(guī)定》做好原有房屋安全管理工作的通知”全文如下:
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the management of the decoration and decoration of houses and to ensure the national property and public safety, The Ministry of Construction issued Ministry decree No. 46 on August 7th of this year, "regulations for the Administration of Building Decoration and Decoration" (hereinafter referred to as "the regulations"), which came into effect from September 1st 1959. In order to implement this provision seriously, the Ministry of Construction of Real Estate. On August 28th, the Secretary for Trade and Industry issued the following full text of the notice on conscientiously implementing the provisions on Building Decoration and Decoration Management to do a good Job in the Management of the original Building Safety:
