木質(zhì)裝飾薄板干燥技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本文研究了厚度3mm和5mm的鐵杉、椴木、擬赤楊三種木質(zhì)裝飾薄板的干燥特性和干燥工藝,篩選出了較優(yōu)的干燥基準。試驗結(jié)果表明:薄板的變形與溫度、薄板的終含水率和薄板尺寸有關(guān)。同等情況下,溫度越高,薄板變形越大;薄板的終含水率越低,其變形程度越大;薄板的厚度越小越易發(fā)生變形,薄板的寬度越大,其變形程度越大,長度對變形的影響不是很大;加壓可明顯減小總變形值,通過薄板局部加壓和噴蒸聯(lián)合處理可有效控制裝飾薄板的干燥質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the drying characteristics and drying process of 3 mm and 5 mm thick hemlock, Linden and aldenia wood decorative sheets were studied, and the better drying datum was selected. The results showed that the deformation and temperature of the thin plates were different from each other. The final moisture content of the thin plate is related to the size of the thin plate. At the same time, the higher the temperature, the greater the deformation of the thin plate; the lower the final moisture content of the thin plate, the greater the degree of deformation; the smaller the thickness of the thin plate, the easier it is to deform, and the larger the width of the thin plate is. The greater the degree of deformation, the less the influence of length on the deformation, and the less the total deformation value can be reduced by compression, and the drying quality of decorative thin plate can be effectively controlled by the combination of local pressure and jet steam treatment.
