【摘要】：正近年來美國杜邦公司用其Antron PC工廠生產(chǎn)的紡前著色尼龍纖維開發(fā)出性能優(yōu)異的汽車裝飾織物Xtralife,它具有超級抗褪色性及耐用性,可用于改裝篷貨車及旅游娛樂卡車的座墊裝飾材料.由于纖維中的色料是在紡絲擠出時加入纖維中的,無需后續(xù)染色加工,而且生產(chǎn)的織物有優(yōu)異的抗摩擦褪色能力和抗紫外線褪色能力.測試結(jié)果證明,Xtralife汽車裝飾布的諸項抗褪色
[Abstract]:In recent years, DuPont Company of the United States has developed an excellent Xtralife fabric for automobile decoration by using the pre-spun colored nylon fiber produced by its Antron PC factory. It has super resistance to fading and durability, and can be used to refit upholstery materials for caravans and tourist and entertainment trucks. Because the pigments in the fibers are added to the fibers during spinning and extrusion, there is no need for subsequent dyeing. Moreover, the fabrics produced have excellent resistance to friction and fading and UV fading. The test results show that the Xtralife automotive decorative fabric has various anti-fading properties.
