【摘要】：對于現(xiàn)代的建筑形式來說,傳統(tǒng)的空間結(jié)構(gòu)布局的定位和規(guī)劃已不能滿足日益注重生活品質(zhì)的人群,生活日益忙碌的現(xiàn)代人,對于適當?shù)男蓍e、娛樂以及精神的升華也開始越來越關(guān)心,茶館的出現(xiàn)為這些忙碌的人群提供了適當?shù)姆潘�、休息的環(huán)境,所以在茶館的設(shè)計中,注重一種平實的生活狀態(tài),和超越平凡的文化境界才能得以靈感的再現(xiàn)。所以在滿足市場的前提下,傳統(tǒng)化的因素也是重點考慮的,這種傳統(tǒng)元素也就包括了在研究現(xiàn)代茶館建筑元素的同時去探索傳統(tǒng)的茶館建筑形式和特點。 昆明建筑群落以漢式建筑和少數(shù)民族形式為主,昆明人民運用當?shù)氐膫鹘y(tǒng)特色的民居建筑去經(jīng)營茶館是當?shù)氐囊环N民族特色,本文調(diào)查昆明調(diào)查到的幾個典型的案例如馬家大院和老文藝茶苑的“一顆印”老式的合院式民居建筑,這些民居建筑現(xiàn)被應(yīng)用于綜合形式的茶館,這種形式的改變使得茶館在文化氛圍上更加濃厚,通過研究它們傳統(tǒng)的建筑布局和建筑外觀如建筑屋面,門樓,門窗,檐廊,以及庭院的材質(zhì),造型,色彩,紋樣等裝飾元素和室內(nèi)接待區(qū)域,散客區(qū)域等的相關(guān)的頂面裝飾,墻面修飾,地面鋪設(shè)以及燈光和室內(nèi)色彩等裝飾的研究,以及對昆明典型的觀景式茶館建筑亭的建筑形式的研究,通過對它的建筑屋頂,雙層檐廊,門窗,鋪裝等的研究,同時研究昆明幾種主要典型的現(xiàn)代建筑形式中的茶館特征一起來體現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)的建筑文化元素在茶館中的表現(xiàn),結(jié)合昆明新形式的茶館,將兩者進行比較,找出兩者的異同點,體現(xiàn)昆明茶館中的求同存異的特點,既與社會共同進步又具有自己的地方特色。
[Abstract]:For the modern architectural forms, the positioning and planning of the traditional spatial structure layout can not meet the increasing attention to the quality of life of the people, the increasingly busy life of modern people, for appropriate leisure. Entertainment and spiritual sublimation also began to be more and more concerned, the emergence of teahouse for these busy people to provide a suitable relaxation, rest environment, so in the teahouse design, pay attention to a state of life. And beyond the ordinary cultural realm can be inspired to reproduce. So in order to meet the premise of the market, the traditional factors are also the focus of consideration. This kind of traditional element also includes studying modern teahouse architectural elements and exploring the traditional teahouse architectural forms and characteristics. The architectural community of Kunming is mainly in the form of Han style architecture and ethnic minority. It is a national characteristic of Kunming people to use the local traditional residential buildings to manage the teahouse. This article investigates several typical cases investigated in Kunming, such as the Ma Jia courtyard and the old literary and artistic tea garden, which are now used in the comprehensive form of teahouse. This form of change makes the teahouse in the cultural atmosphere more dense, through the study of their traditional architectural layout and architectural appearance such as the roof, gate, doors, windows, corridors, as well as the courtyard material, shape, color. Decorative elements such as patterns and indoor reception areas, individual areas and other related top decoration, wall decoration, floor laying and lighting and indoor color decoration research. As well as the typical architectural form of the view tea house in Kunming, through the study of its roof, double eaves, doors and windows, pavement and so on. At the same time, the characteristics of tea house in several typical modern architectural forms of Kunming are studied to reflect the performance of the traditional architectural culture elements in the tea house together, combined with the new form of Kunming teahouse, the two are compared. Find out the similarities and differences between the two, reflect the characteristics of seeking common ground while reserving differences in Kunming teahouse, and make common progress with the society and have their own local characteristics.
