裝飾卷材用水性涂料的制備與性能研究

【摘要】: 本文綜述了人造板表面裝飾用預(yù)油漆紙及水性涂料的發(fā)展概況,分析了國內(nèi)外氨基-丙烯酸涂料水性化技術(shù)的研究及發(fā)展趨勢。溶劑型涂料以有機溶劑作為分散介質(zhì),既污染環(huán)境,又浪費資源和能源。水性涂料以水作為分散介質(zhì),可大大降低VOC含量,又節(jié)約成本。預(yù)油漆紙作為一種紙質(zhì)裝飾卷材,按照其生產(chǎn)工藝的特點,其表面涂飾的涂料要求在短時間內(nèi)快速固化,以形成連續(xù)、光滑、尤其是理化性能優(yōu)良的涂膜。針對以上問題,本文從原料的選擇,配方設(shè)計,涂料制作工藝及涂料的固化性能等方面進(jìn)行了全面研究,以制作性能良好的預(yù)油漆紙用水性涂料。主體內(nèi)容分為以下幾個部分: 一、設(shè)計配方。制備水性涂料之前先研究各組分對涂料性能的影響,詳細(xì)分析各組分的作用機理。根據(jù)機理分別選擇最適合預(yù)油漆紙用水性涂料的類型及各種原料,對水性涂料的配方進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計。另外,考慮到環(huán)保的要求,選取不對環(huán)境造成危害和VOC釋放盡可能少的產(chǎn)品。 二、研究各組分對水性涂料性能的影響。首先,探討了預(yù)油漆紙用水性涂料成膜物質(zhì)的類型,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):采用低醚化度氨基樹脂和含適當(dāng)羥基的苯丙乳液作為成膜物質(zhì),涂料能在預(yù)定的溫度下快速固化,成膜效果最好。其次,研究了配方中氨基與丙烯酸質(zhì)量比及烘烤溫度對涂料性能的影響。最后,為了賦予涂料及固化后漆膜一些特殊的性能,使之達(dá)到功能化的要求,還要在涂料中加入一些助劑。為了兼顧各組分之間的影響,對每類助劑選取一系列加入進(jìn)行對比實驗,找到使漆膜性能達(dá)到最佳的組合及用量。通過以上實驗分析,確定了預(yù)油漆紙用水性涂料的最佳配方。根據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的要求和指標(biāo)對涂料性能及固化后漆膜耐干熱性、耐濕熱性、鉛筆硬度和耐液性等進(jìn)行測試,結(jié)果都符合要求,尤其是有毒物質(zhì)的釋放遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求范圍。 三、對預(yù)油漆紙用水性涂料的固化反應(yīng)研究。在這一部分,研究了固化前后水性氨基-丙烯酸涂料的固化特征,通過對樣品的FTIR譜分析,半定量地研究了固化反應(yīng)前后不同基團含量的變化情況,分析了涂料發(fā)生固化反應(yīng)的原理及能夠快速固化的原因。DSC研究了涂料發(fā)生固化反應(yīng)的溫度范圍,進(jìn)一步驗證了預(yù)油漆紙用水性氨基-丙烯酸涂料能夠在本實驗設(shè)定的溫度范圍內(nèi)快速固化。 綜上所述,本文的研究,對人造板飾面材料及水性涂料的進(jìn)一步理論開發(fā)和實際應(yīng)用具有參考價值。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the development of prepainted paper and waterborne coatings for surface decoration of wood-based panels. The research and development trend of the waterborne technology of amino-acrylic coatings at home and abroad are analyzed. The organic solvent is used as the dispersing medium in the solvent-based coatings, which pollutes the environment. Water as dispersing medium can greatly reduce the content of VOC and save the cost. As a kind of paper decorative coiled material, prepaint paper is based on the characteristics of production technology. The coating on its surface needs to be cured quickly in a short time to form a continuous, smooth coating, especially one with excellent physicochemical properties. In view of the above problems, the selection of raw materials and the formulation design are discussed in this paper. In order to make waterborne coatings for prepaint paper with good performance, the main content is divided into the following parts: First, design the formula. Before the preparation of water-based coatings, the effects of each component on the performance of the coating were studied. The function mechanism of each component was analyzed in detail. According to the mechanism, the types and raw materials of waterborne coatings for prepaint paper were selected respectively, and the formulation of waterborne coatings was optimized. In addition, the requirements of environmental protection were considered. Select products that do not cause harm to the environment and VOC releases as little as possible. Secondly, the effects of each component on the properties of waterborne coatings were studied. Firstly, the types of film forming materials of waterborne coatings for prepaint paper were discussed. The results showed that low etherifying degree amino resin and styrene-acrylic emulsion with proper hydroxyl group were used as film forming materials, the coating could be cured quickly at predetermined temperature, and the film forming effect was the best. The effect of the mass ratio of amino to acrylic acid and baking temperature on the properties of the coating was studied. Finally, in order to give the coating and the cured film some special properties, the functional requirements were achieved. In order to take into account the influence of each component, a series of additives were added to the coating to carry out a comparative experiment. Find out the best combination and dosage of the film performance. Through the above experimental analysis. The optimum formulation of waterborne coatings for prepainted paper was determined. The properties of the coatings, the resistance to dry heat, moisture and heat, the hardness of pencils and the resistance to liquid were tested according to the requirements and indexes of national standards. The results are in accordance with the requirements, especially the release of toxic substances far below the scope of national standards. In this part, the curing characteristics of waterborne amino-acrylic coatings before and after curing were studied, and the FTIR spectra of the samples were analyzed. The changes of different group contents before and after curing reaction were studied semi-quantitatively. The principle of curing reaction and the reason of rapid curing were analyzed. DSC was used to study the temperature range of curing reaction. It is further verified that waterborne amino-acrylic coatings for prepaint paper can be cured rapidly in the temperature range set in this experiment. To sum up, the research in this paper has reference value for the further theoretical development and practical application of wood-based panel finishing materials and waterborne coatings.
