三聚氰胺樹(shù)脂透明裝飾工藝研究

【摘要】:本論文通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)和正交試驗(yàn),分別采用涂飾法、浸漬紙貼面法、涂飾與浸漬紙貼面復(fù)合法,以竹集成材和番龍眼木材為基材表面的三聚氰胺樹(shù)脂透明裝飾工藝進(jìn)行了研究。研究重點(diǎn)討論了熱壓時(shí)間、熱壓壓力、熱壓溫度、涂布量對(duì)表面外觀質(zhì)量、表面粗糙度、涂膜附著力、涂膜耐磨性的影響。得到主要研究結(jié)果如下: (1)涂飾法三聚氰胺樹(shù)脂透明裝飾工藝場(chǎng)合。最佳工藝參數(shù)竹集成材為熱壓時(shí)間50s、熱壓壓力1.5MPa、熱壓溫度150℃、涂布量150g/m2;番龍眼木材為熱壓時(shí)間60s、熱壓壓力1.5MPa、熱壓溫度160℃、涂布量150g/m2。涂布量在140g/m2以上時(shí)才能獲得較好表面外觀質(zhì)量。附著力達(dá)2級(jí)水平,且熱壓溫度對(duì)附著力影響顯著。耐磨性在200轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)涂膜局部明顯磨穿。 (2)貼面法三聚氰胺浸漬紙透明裝飾工藝場(chǎng)合。竹集成材最佳工藝參數(shù)為熱壓時(shí)間40s、熱壓壓力1.OMPa、熱壓溫度140℃,且熱壓溫度和壓力對(duì)外觀質(zhì)量影響顯著。附著力達(dá)1級(jí)水平,耐磨性在1000轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)涂膜局部輕微磨穿。這種工藝對(duì)于基材要求較高,管孔較大的材料不宜采用,但番龍眼木材試件可消除基材的影響。 (3)涂飾與貼面復(fù)合法三聚氰胺樹(shù)脂透明裝飾工藝場(chǎng)合。竹集成材最佳工藝參數(shù)為熱壓時(shí)間60s、熱壓壓力1.5MPa、熱壓溫度140℃、涂布量160g/m2。熱壓溫度在160℃時(shí)試件表面易產(chǎn)生龜裂和炭化變色現(xiàn)象,熱壓溫度、壓力和涂布量對(duì)表面外觀質(zhì)量有顯著影響,熱壓溫度對(duì)粗糙度和耐磨性影響顯著。
[Abstract]:In this paper, by single factor test and orthogonal test, coating method, impregnated paper veneer method, coating and impregnated paper veneer composite method were adopted. The transparent decoration technology of melamine resin was studied on the surface of bamboo agglomerated wood and phalanthus longan wood. The emphasis of the study was on the surface appearance quality of hot pressing time, hot pressing pressure, hot pressing temperature and coating amount. The effects of surface roughness, film adhesion and wear resistance of the film.
