【摘要】：現(xiàn)在,利用微型計算機輔助織物組織設(shè)計,其優(yōu)越性越來越被眾人理解。在織物組織中,飛斜紋組織和上下坡長不相等的破斜紋是兩種裝飾效果好、上機圖簡單的兩類組織。作者探討了設(shè)計這兩種組織的關(guān)鍵問題:經(jīng)紗循環(huán)數(shù)與組織參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,即如何由組織參數(shù)求經(jīng)紗數(shù),得出了2個公式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對這2種組織設(shè)計的算法進(jìn)行了研究。最后又以這2種組織為基礎(chǔ)。討論了具有極強裝飾效果的派生組織。指出借助微機進(jìn)行這種派生設(shè)計,具有極強的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the help of computer aided fabric design, its advantages are understood by more and more people. In fabric structure, flying twill and breaking twill with unequal slope length are two kinds of decorative effects. The author discusses the key problem in designing these two kinds of structures: the relationship between the number of warp cycles and the structure parameters, that is, how to calculate the number of warp yarns from the structure parameters. Two formulas are obtained. The algorithms of these two kinds of tissue design are studied. Finally, based on the two kinds of tissue, the derivation organizations with extremely strong decorative effect are discussed, and it is pointed out that the derivative design is carried out with the help of microcomputer. Have extremely strong superiority.
