【摘要】：以提高裝飾質(zhì)量為研究目的,以設(shè)計(jì)管理、裝修工程等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)研法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、歸納法等研究方法,探討基于設(shè)計(jì)溝通的裝飾企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理模式。通過(guò)對(duì)裝飾企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)、施工、材料、監(jiān)理等實(shí)際運(yùn)作情況的調(diào)查分析,明確裝飾企業(yè)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行過(guò)程中由于溝通不暢所容易造成質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)及問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因；結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)管理知識(shí)領(lǐng)域中的設(shè)計(jì)溝通原理,獲取有效溝通的因素及溝通方式,并構(gòu)建裝飾企業(yè)中質(zhì)量管理過(guò)程各環(huán)節(jié)的溝通體系,明確提出基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)溝通平臺(tái)的信息化溝通方式,設(shè)計(jì)師負(fù)責(zé)制、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)制、監(jiān)理市場(chǎng)化等具有實(shí)質(zhì)操作性的裝飾企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理有效方法。結(jié)合工程應(yīng)用案例,驗(yàn)證了該質(zhì)量管理方法的可行性以及有效性。研究表明： ①當(dāng)前裝飾企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理領(lǐng)域中存在從業(yè)人員構(gòu)成復(fù)雜、專業(yè)人才嚴(yán)重缺乏、裝飾材料質(zhì)量難控、存在隱患較多和裝修質(zhì)量通病、缺少監(jiān)管及評(píng)判依據(jù)等諸多問(wèn)題； ②設(shè)計(jì)溝通是設(shè)計(jì)管理中協(xié)調(diào)組織與組織之間、組織成員之間關(guān)系的基本手段。設(shè)計(jì)溝通的目的是為了對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施過(guò)程進(jìn)行有效的監(jiān)督與控制,確保設(shè)計(jì)的進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量,并協(xié)調(diào)施工與各方關(guān)系。此外,設(shè)計(jì)溝通還具有信息傳遞、表達(dá)情感、激勵(lì)員工、控制員工等作用。 ③設(shè)計(jì)溝通是裝飾企業(yè)解決質(zhì)量管理問(wèn)題的有效方法,建立以網(wǎng)絡(luò)溝通管理平臺(tái)為基礎(chǔ)的質(zhì)量管理方法,能夠有效克服溝通過(guò)程中的及時(shí)性與存檔核對(duì)困難等問(wèn)題；設(shè)計(jì)師負(fù)責(zé)制的設(shè)計(jì)管理,能夠有效克服施工圖紙的準(zhǔn)確性與施工中偏離設(shè)計(jì)意圖等問(wèn)題；項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)制的施工管理,能夠有效克服施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)由于溝通不暢所造成的系列問(wèn)題；監(jiān)理多樣化的監(jiān)督管理,能夠有效克服施工過(guò)程對(duì)進(jìn)度及質(zhì)量管理不等問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of decoration for the purpose of research, based on design management, decoration engineering and other fields of knowledge, combined with field research, literature research, induction and other research methods. This paper discusses the quality management mode of decoration enterprises based on design communication. Through the investigation and analysis of the actual operation of decoration enterprises, such as design, construction, materials, supervision and so on. Clarify the key links and causes of quality problems caused by poor communication during the operation of decoration enterprise projects; Combining with the design communication principle in the field of design management knowledge, the factors and ways of effective communication are obtained, and the communication system of each link in the quality management process of decoration enterprises is constructed. Clearly put forward the information communication mode based on the network communication platform, the designer responsibility system, the project manager responsibility system. Effective methods of quality management in decoration enterprises such as supervision marketization and so on. The feasibility and effectiveness of the quality management method are verified by combining with engineering application cases. The research shows that: At present, in the field of quality management of decoration enterprises, there is a complex composition of employees, a serious lack of professionals, difficult to control the quality of decorative materials, many hidden dangers and common problems in decoration quality. Lack of supervision and evaluation basis and many other issues; Design communication is the basic means to coordinate the relationship between the organization and the organization, and between the members of the organization in the design management. The purpose of the design communication is to supervise and control the design implementation process effectively. Ensure the progress and quality of the design, and coordinate the relationship between the construction and the parties. In addition, design communication also has the functions of information transmission, expression of emotion, motivation of employees, control of employees, etc. (3) Design communication is an effective method to solve quality management problems in decoration enterprises, and a quality management method based on network communication management platform is established. Can effectively overcome the communication process of timeliness and archival verification difficulties and other issues; Designer responsibility system of design management, can effectively overcome the accuracy of construction drawings and construction deviations from the design intention and other problems; Project manager responsibility system of construction management, can effectively overcome the construction site due to poor communication caused by a series of problems; Supervision diversified supervision and management, can effectively overcome the construction process of progress and quality management problems.
