【摘要】：建筑裝修項目質(zhì)量控制不能憑個人的經(jīng)驗、智慧、和直覺,而應(yīng)采用科學(xué)的管理手段,明確的操作技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),做好過程關(guān)鍵點和程序的控制。我國建筑裝修質(zhì)量控制的實踐活動源源流長,然而,由于各種原因,并沒有系統(tǒng)的上升為質(zhì)量控制管理理論,在管理科學(xué)理論上是一片盲區(qū),更談不上按管理模式組織和建設(shè)了。目前我國正處于高速發(fā)展階段,年國民生產(chǎn)總值以8%左右速度高速增長,建筑行業(yè)已成為支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),而裝修業(yè)是建筑業(yè)的主要組成部分,如果能很好的做好裝修項目的質(zhì)量控制,對我國現(xiàn)階段經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有著現(xiàn)實的重要意義。 本文就如何做好裝修質(zhì)量控制進行了分析,特別是對各種要素管理及目前質(zhì)量管理存在的問題及應(yīng)采取的措施進行了深入的論述。
[Abstract]:The architectural decoration project quality control can not rely on the personal experience, wisdom and intuition, and should adopt scientific management methods, operation technology standards, control process and procedures. The key points of quality control of architectural decoration however China's long history, practice, due to various reasons, there is no system of quality control in management theory, management science theory is a blind spot, not to mention the organization according to the management mode and construction. At present our country is in a stage of rapid development, annual GDP of about 8% rate of growth, the construction industry has become a pillar industry, the decoration industry is the main part of the construction industry if the quality control, can do good decoration projects, has important significance on the reality of China's current stage of economic development.
This paper analyzes how to do well the quality control of decoration, especially on the various elements management and the existing problems of quality management and the measures to be taken.
