【摘要】: 自改革開放以來,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)一直保持著持續(xù)、快速、健康發(fā)展。隨著中國加入世界經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易組織,我國企業(yè)面臨著廣泛的市場(chǎng)空間和諸多機(jī)遇,但同時(shí)也面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),國內(nèi)各行業(yè)內(nèi)部之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)亦開始呈現(xiàn)白熱化狀態(tài),這對(duì)于正處在發(fā)展時(shí)期的我國裝飾企業(yè)尤其如此。 我國的裝飾企業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)一個(gè)新的群體,起步晚,發(fā)展快,經(jīng)歷的發(fā)展時(shí)期雖然不長(zhǎng)卻異軍突起。但是,多數(shù)企業(yè)在發(fā)展到一定規(guī)模時(shí)就陷于停頓甚至倒退,不能成為企業(yè)界的優(yōu)勢(shì)群體。筆者認(rèn)為,裝飾企業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的主要問題是人力資源管理問題,而且,我國裝飾企業(yè)在人力資源管理特別是戰(zhàn)略管理方面,還存在著許多不規(guī)范與不科學(xué)之處在阻礙著其發(fā)展壯大,這些正是本文所要解決的問題。 人力資源管理正越來越成為企業(yè)管理的一種基石,因?yàn)榧ち业母?jìng)爭(zhēng)必然呼喚有效的與之相匹配的人力資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,因此,能否制定出符合企業(yè)自身特點(diǎn)需要的人力資源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略成為決定企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)成敗的關(guān)鍵。構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理體系,加強(qiáng)人力資源管理,正是培植企業(yè)核心能力的有效途徑。 本文首先介紹了人力資源管理及其相關(guān)理論,接著從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略分析入手,主要是以A裝飾企業(yè)在杭州市裝飾業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的大背景下,如何利用社會(huì)資源打造創(chuàng)新企業(yè)的人力資源管理、提升企業(yè)市場(chǎng)地位為研究對(duì)象,并以事實(shí)為依據(jù)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析,包括政策環(huán)境、勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)、組織內(nèi)部資源的分析,通過對(duì)其企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略的制定以及實(shí)施的研究,進(jìn)一步深入分析了在現(xiàn)代裝飾行業(yè)大發(fā)展的市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)下,A企業(yè)在確保企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)效益的最大化和可持續(xù)發(fā)展下,如何擬定企業(yè)的人力資源戰(zhàn)略,進(jìn)而闡明A裝飾企業(yè)如何制定人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略。希望本文能夠?qū)ξ覈b飾企業(yè)的發(fā)展起到一定的幫助作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has maintained a sustained, rapid and healthy development. With China's entry into the World Economic and Trade Organization, Chinese enterprises are faced with a wide range of market space and many opportunities. But at the same time, it is also facing severe challenges, the competition among domestic industries is also beginning to show a white-hot state, which is especially true for the decoration enterprises in the period of development. China's decorative enterprises as a new group of economic and social, starting late, rapid development, although the development period experienced is not long but suddenly. When most enterprises develop to a certain scale, they are at a standstill or even retrogressive, and can not become an advantage group of enterprises. The author believes that the main problem facing the development of decorative enterprises is human resource management. In the aspect of human resource management, especially strategic management, there are still many nonstandard and unscientific aspects that hinder the development of decoration enterprises in our country. These are the problems to be solved in this paper. Human resource management is increasingly becoming a cornerstone of enterprise management, because the fierce competition must call for an effective match of human resources competition strategy, so. Whether to formulate the human resource competition strategy which meets the needs of the enterprise itself is the key to the success or failure of the enterprise competition. Build the strategic human resources management system and strengthen the human resources management. It is the effective way to cultivate the core competence of enterprises. This paper first introduces the human resources management and its related theories, and then starts with the strategic analysis of enterprises, mainly under the background of the rapid development of decoration industry in Hangzhou. How to make use of social resources to create innovative enterprise human resource management, improve enterprise market position as the research object, and based on the facts of the internal and external environment analysis, including policy environment, labor market. Organization internal resources analysis, through the development of its enterprise strategy, human resources management strategy and implementation of the study, further in-depth analysis in the modern decoration industry under the market opportunities for great development. In order to ensure the maximization and sustainable development of enterprise's market benefit, A enterprise how to draw up the enterprise's human resource strategy. Furthermore, this paper expounds how A decoration enterprise formulates human resource management strategy, and hopes that this paper can help the development of decoration enterprises in our country to some extent.
