【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)不斷的進(jìn)步,大批的老建筑被歷史遺留了下來,伴隨著周邊環(huán)境的日新月異,這些老建筑的存在日漸格格不入起來,針對(duì)這些歷史遺留下來的珍貴產(chǎn)物,建筑界也越來越對(duì)其重視起來。對(duì)于老建筑,相比之前針對(duì)老建筑一面倒的拆除,耗費(fèi)大量人力、物力、財(cái)力對(duì)其進(jìn)行毫無保留的重建,老建筑的更新性再利用設(shè)計(jì)以及逐漸取代了拆除重建的模式,老建筑的更新設(shè)計(jì)以及引領(lǐng)了時(shí)代的主流,對(duì)于歷史遺留下來的珍貴記憶,取其精華,去其糟粕,真正的達(dá)到建筑層面的可持續(xù)發(fā)展是尤為重要的。相對(duì)于其他發(fā)達(dá)國家來說,我國老建筑的再利用設(shè)計(jì)起步較晚,研究面也偏窄,我國對(duì)于老建筑更新設(shè)計(jì)大多仍停留在具體的個(gè)別建筑更新與改造設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例的分析與介紹層面,整體的推廣應(yīng)用與系統(tǒng)理論的整合相對(duì)較薄弱。多數(shù)老建筑的更新設(shè)計(jì)緊緊停留在表層材料與裝飾的淺層設(shè)計(jì),沒有真正意義上的將老建筑的歷史韻味的舊與時(shí)代發(fā)展的新進(jìn)行完美的融合更新。對(duì)于我國現(xiàn)有國情,歷史遺留下的老建筑、歷史文化遺產(chǎn)類建筑設(shè)施較多,老建筑的更新設(shè)計(jì)的整體規(guī)律推廣迫在眉睫。當(dāng)然,我國的老建筑更新設(shè)計(jì)上也不乏優(yōu)秀案例,比如沈陽的水塔改造設(shè)計(jì),將城市中廢棄的水塔改造成展廊,將功能上的廢棄的建筑轉(zhuǎn)換為城市景觀中的藝術(shù)裝置,這是建筑功能上的生長,即保留了老建筑的舊的韻味,又在這種舊的韻味的基礎(chǔ)上提升了新的功能,為老建筑創(chuàng)造了又一次的重生。對(duì)于老建筑真正意義上的更新設(shè)計(jì),我們?nèi)孕枰M(jìn)行多方面的探索與大量的經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累,將老建筑的更新設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合建筑自身的生長性,結(jié)合空間改造的原則、方法、內(nèi)容,結(jié)合人文主義生態(tài)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的觀念,總結(jié)出適用于老建筑更新設(shè)計(jì)的完整規(guī)律與方法,真正意義上的達(dá)到老建筑的再生長。
[Abstract]:Along with the economic development and social progress, a large number of old buildings were historical down, along with the surrounding environment change rapidly, these old buildings are growing up to the legacy of misfits, the history of precious products, the construction industry is also more and more attention on it. For the old buildings, the demolition of the old than before building it, spend a lot of manpower, material resources, financial resources for reconstruction without reservation for the renewal of old building reuse design and gradually replaced the demolition and reconstruction of the old building renewal design mode, and lead the mainstream of the times, for the precious memory of historical legacy, its essence, to its the dross, truly achieve the construction level of sustainable development is particularly important. Compared with other developed countries, the old building reuse design started late, the scope of the study is partial Narrow, level analysis and introduction in China for the old building renewal design still stay at the individual building renewal specific and examples of design, application integration and system theory of the whole is relatively weak. Most of the old building renewal design firmly stuck in the design of shallow surface material and decoration, no real sense the old building of historical charm of the old to the new era and update the perfect fusion. For the present situation of our country, the historical legacy of the old buildings, many buildings of historical and cultural heritage, promote the overall pattern of the renewal design of old building imminent. Of course, the design of our old building renewal on some excellent the case, such as the Shenyang water tower design, the tower will be the transformation of the city into a deserted gallery will convert on the function of the abandoned buildings for the city landscape art installations in buildings, this is On the function of the growth, which retains the old buildings of the old charm, but also enhance the new function based on the old charm, creating another rebirth into the old building. The old building in the true sense of renewal design, we still need to be explored in many aspects with a large amount of experience the accumulation of old building renovation design, combined with the growth of the building itself, combined with the spatial transformation of the principle, method, content, combined with the sustainable development of humanistic ecology concept, summed up for the old building renewal design complete rules and methods, to achieve the true sense of the regeneration of old buildings.
