【摘要】：隨著時間的推移,社會的進步,現(xiàn)代人在體驗餐飲的同時,對就餐環(huán)境的要求也變的更加關(guān)注,從布局、功能、美觀、特色等等都會成為餐廳的一個亮點來吸引顧客,因此餐廳文化在現(xiàn)代社會變得非常重要。本文從“蘭舍”餐廳室內(nèi)設(shè)計的功能分區(qū)和材料使用來分析說明,這類充滿自然古樸極簡風格的餐廳,更能帶給顧客溫馨舒適的用餐環(huán)境,以及凈化心靈,隔離浮華社會的喧囂。餐廳中大量“木與石”的裝飾組合不僅可以模擬呈現(xiàn)出自然的環(huán)境狀態(tài),更是對“綠色設(shè)計”的提倡和展示。隨著環(huán)境污染問題的日益嚴重,我們在設(shè)計的過程中就要關(guān)注以及重視對工業(yè)材料的使用,來盡量減少對環(huán)境的污染和破壞。關(guān)注環(huán)境問題,人人有責。
[Abstract]:With the passage of time, social progress, modern people in the experience of catering, the requirements of the dining environment has become more concerned, from the layout, function, beauty. Features and so on will become a highlight of the restaurant to attract customers, so restaurant culture has become very important in modern society. This kind of restaurant, which is full of natural simple and simple style, can bring customers a warm and comfortable dining environment and purify their hearts. A large number of decoration combinations of "wood and stone" in the restaurant can not only simulate the natural state of the environment. With the increasingly serious problem of environmental pollution, we should pay attention to the use of industrial materials in the process of design. To minimize pollution and damage to the environment. Pay attention to environmental problems, everyone has a responsibility.
