【摘要】：本文以廣東星海演藝集團的運營模式為研究對象。通過分析集團的現(xiàn)時基本情況,包括集團的成立緣由以及發(fā)展進程,指出集團成立的必要性；通過分析集團以及下屬各子單位的運營模式(主要從發(fā)展規(guī)劃、行政架構(gòu)與管理制度、節(jié)目規(guī)劃與市場經(jīng)營、績效評估這四個方面分析),集團與子單位之間的管理模式,各子單位直接相互的合作模式,試分析集團的發(fā)展模式；通過研究政府與市場對于集團發(fā)展的影響,試分析集團今
[Abstract]:This paper takes the operating mode of Guangdong Xinghai Performing Arts Group as the research object. Through the analysis of the current basic situation of the group, including the establishment of the group, as well as the development process, pointed out the necessity of the establishment of the group; By analyzing the operation mode of the group and its sub-units (mainly from the four aspects of development planning, administrative structure and management system, program planning and market management, performance evaluation), the management model between the group and the sub-units is analyzed. The direct cooperation model of each sub-unit, try to analyze the development model of the group; By studying the influence of government and market on the development of the group, this paper tries to analyze the influence of the group on the development of the group.
