【摘要】：本文以廣東星海演藝集團(tuán)的運(yùn)營模式為研究對(duì)象。通過分析集團(tuán)的現(xiàn)時(shí)基本情況,包括集團(tuán)的成立緣由以及發(fā)展進(jìn)程,指出集團(tuán)成立的必要性；通過分析集團(tuán)以及下屬各子單位的運(yùn)營模式(主要從發(fā)展規(guī)劃、行政架構(gòu)與管理制度、節(jié)目規(guī)劃與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)營、績(jī)效評(píng)估這四個(gè)方面分析),集團(tuán)與子單位之間的管理模式,各子單位直接相互的合作模式,試分析集團(tuán)的發(fā)展模式；通過研究政府與市場(chǎng)對(duì)于集團(tuán)發(fā)展的影響,試分析集團(tuán)今
[Abstract]:This paper takes the operating mode of Guangdong Xinghai Performing Arts Group as the research object. Through the analysis of the current basic situation of the group, including the establishment of the group, as well as the development process, pointed out the necessity of the establishment of the group; By analyzing the operation mode of the group and its sub-units (mainly from the four aspects of development planning, administrative structure and management system, program planning and market management, performance evaluation), the management model between the group and the sub-units is analyzed. The direct cooperation model of each sub-unit, try to analyze the development model of the group; By studying the influence of government and market on the development of the group, this paper tries to analyze the influence of the group on the development of the group.
