呼和浩特市業(yè)余鋼琴教學調(diào)研

【摘要】:素質(zhì)教育是一種以提高民族素質(zhì)為宗旨的教育。而鋼琴作為素質(zhì)教育的有力工具和重要的組成部分,在素質(zhì)教育中起到了不可或缺的作用。中國的業(yè)余鋼琴教育學習在近些年來一直處于持續(xù)著上升的狀態(tài),絲毫沒有減弱的趨勢。對于呼和浩特市來說,每個幼兒園、小學、中學,甚至每個班都有業(yè)余學習鋼琴的學生。而且中年甚至是老年人也加入了學習鋼琴的隊伍。業(yè)余鋼琴教學的不斷完善,直接關(guān)系到我國鋼琴教育事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。但是由于種種原因,在業(yè)余鋼琴的學習中出現(xiàn)了一些引人反思的問題。為了使接受業(yè)余鋼琴教學的學生能走上一條健康發(fā)展的道路,提高其素質(zhì)水平,使學生能夠愉快、輕松地學習鋼琴,除了技巧性的問題外,學生、家長、老師及社會人的觀念問題也需要改變。本文通過對呼和浩特市業(yè)余鋼琴教學的調(diào)查研究,找出該地區(qū)鋼琴教學存在的問題,進行分析與思考。提出自己的見解與創(chuàng)新,給予問題解決的方法。 正文共分五部分。第一部分為緒論,表明研究的緣起、意義及確定研究對象和研究方法。第二部分介紹呼和浩特市業(yè)余鋼琴教學的發(fā)展概況及意義。首先確定了業(yè)余鋼琴教學的定義,然后介紹了呼和浩特市概況與呼和浩特市業(yè)余鋼琴教學的發(fā)展概況,最后,筆者通過對呼和浩特市不同性質(zhì)的、具有代表意義的培訓機構(gòu)如星海琴行、少年宮、私人教學團體等進行了采訪考查,了解其發(fā)展概況、當今發(fā)展狀況、培養(yǎng)模式、師資力量情況、教學情況、教學成果、藝術(shù)實踐等,并明確地闡述了以上教學模式給學生和教師帶來的積極影響和意義。第三部分為呼和浩特市業(yè)余鋼琴教學的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與分析。筆者通過對呼和浩特市業(yè)余鋼琴教育培訓機構(gòu)、鋼琴教師、學生及其家長等進行的訪談與問卷調(diào)查,在學習業(yè)余鋼琴的基本情況、學生學習鋼琴大體狀況以及學生參加社會實踐活動的總體情況三個大的方面進行了研究與分析。通過分析,筆者總結(jié)出了目前業(yè)余鋼琴教學的現(xiàn)狀及反映出的問題。第四部分找出存在的問題及提出可行性的建議。其中包括優(yōu)化教學模式、正視社會業(yè)余鋼琴考級、正視社會業(yè)余鋼琴比賽、正確處理文化課學習與鋼琴學習的關(guān)系、及成年人學習鋼琴的教與學等一系列存在的問題。第五部分為筆者對業(yè)余鋼琴教學發(fā)展構(gòu)想。筆者結(jié)合自己的教學經(jīng)驗,對業(yè)余鋼琴教學提出了相關(guān)的建議。包括優(yōu)化教師隊伍、加強音樂素養(yǎng)知識學習、合理選用鋼琴教材、增加學術(shù)交流機會、大力發(fā)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學等。 筆者相信本論文的研究成果將對推動呼和浩特市業(yè)余鋼琴教學的進一步發(fā)展起到一定的現(xiàn)實意義和指導意義。
[Abstract]:Quality education is a kind of education aimed at improving the quality of the nation. As a powerful tool and an important part of quality education, piano plays an indispensable role in quality education. In recent years, amateur piano education and learning in China has been in a state of continuous rise, without any weakening trend. For Hohhot, every kindergarten, primary school, middle school, and even every class has amateur piano students. And middle-aged and even the elderly also joined the team to learn the piano. The continuous improvement of amateur piano teaching is directly related to the healthy development of piano education in China. However, for a variety of reasons, in the learning of amateur piano, there are some problems to reflect. In order to enable the students receiving amateur piano teaching to take a path of healthy development, improve their quality, and enable students to learn piano happily and easily, in addition to technical problems, students, parents, The concept of teachers and society also needs to change. Based on the investigation and study of amateur piano teaching in Hohhot, this paper finds out the problems existing in the teaching of piano in this area, and analyzes and thinks about it. Put forward their own ideas and innovations, give solutions to the problem. The text is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which shows the origin, significance, object and method of the research. The second part introduces the development and significance of amateur piano teaching in Hohhot. First, the definition of amateur piano teaching is defined, then the general situation of Hohhot and the development of amateur piano teaching in Hohhot are introduced. Representative training institutions such as the Xinghai Piano Company, the Children's Palace, and private teaching groups conducted interviews and examinations to find out the general situation of its development, the current development situation, the training model, the situation of teachers, and the teaching results. Art practice and so on, and elaborated the above teaching pattern to bring the positive influence and the significance to the student and the teacher. The third part is the investigation and analysis of amateur piano teaching in Hohhot. The author has conducted interviews and questionnaires on amateur piano education and training institutions, piano teachers, students and their parents in Huhhot City, in order to learn the basic situation of amateur piano. The general situation of students learning piano and the general situation of students participating in social practice are studied and analyzed. Through analysis, the author summarizes the present situation and problems of amateur piano teaching. The fourth part finds out the existing problems and puts forward some feasible suggestions. It includes optimizing the teaching mode, facing up to the social amateur piano examination level, facing the social amateur piano competition, correctly dealing with the relationship between the study of culture class and piano learning, and the teaching and learning of piano for adults, and a series of existing problems. The fifth part is the author's conception of the development of amateur piano teaching. Combining with my own teaching experience, the author puts forward some suggestions for amateur piano teaching. It includes optimizing the teaching staff, strengthening the learning of music literacy knowledge, choosing piano teaching materials rationally, increasing the opportunities of academic exchange, and developing network teaching and so on. The author believes that the research results of this paper will play a certain practical and guiding significance in promoting the further development of amateur piano teaching in Hohhot.
