【摘要】：嗓音是歌唱者的本錢，是歌唱事業(yè)順利進行的前提與保障，它的健康與否對于歌唱者來說極其重要。目前涉足嗓音研究的學(xué)者，無論醫(yī)學(xué)界還是音樂學(xué)界，，都對歌唱嗓音給以密切關(guān)注。此類的研究成果主要包含了對歌唱嗓音問題的調(diào)查研究、病因分析、發(fā)聲矯治以及歌唱嗓音用嗓保健和生活保健等方面。“發(fā)聲矯治”雖然逐漸被應(yīng)用于醫(yī)學(xué)的嗓音治療中，但是目前尚不成熟，也沒有得到普及，其本身也還有待于進一步完善、研究和探討。由于聲樂界的職業(yè)特殊性，使得聲樂從業(yè)者不但是嗓音病的高發(fā)群體，又有一般耳鼻喉科醫(yī)生所不具備的專業(yè)優(yōu)勢，因此，在聲樂教學(xué)中探討“發(fā)聲矯治”有著現(xiàn)實意義。本文通過對近三十年來我國歌唱嗓音保健與發(fā)聲矯治研究文獻述評，對如何做好聲樂教學(xué)中的嗓音保健與“發(fā)聲矯治”提出筆者的思考與建議。
[Abstract]:Voice is the capital of the singer and the premise and guarantee of the success of the singing career. Its health is extremely important to the singer. At present, scholars involved in voice research, whether in medicine or music, pay close attention to singing voice. This kind of research mainly includes the investigation and study of singing voice problem, etiology analysis, vocal correction, singing voice health care and living health care, and so on. Although "vocal correction" has been gradually applied to the treatment of voice in medicine, it is not mature and has not been popularized at present, and it itself needs to be further improved, studied and discussed. Because of the professional particularity of vocal music field, vocal music practitioners are not only the high incidence group of voice diseases, but also have the professional advantages that the general otolaryngologist does not have. Therefore, it is of practical significance to explore "vocal correction" in vocal music teaching. Based on the review of the researches on the health and correction of vocal voice in China in the past 30 years, this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to do well the health care of the voice in vocal music teaching and "vocal correction".
