北京市東城區(qū)和平里地區(qū)琴行辦學(xué)調(diào)研

【摘要】:本文以社會音樂教育的視角來解讀琴行辦學(xué)這一社會現(xiàn)象。通過對于琴行經(jīng)營者、社會音樂教師、和學(xué)生家長的走訪,通過調(diào)查問卷的形式、訪談的形式、以及筆者本身作為一名社會音樂教師的親身經(jīng)歷和感受等,來總結(jié)和歸納出琴行辦學(xué)這一社會音樂現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的原因、存在的特點(diǎn)、與學(xué)校音樂教育之間的關(guān)系、以及琴行辦學(xué)存在的問題和解決途徑等等。 通過對于琴行辦學(xué)狀況的調(diào)研,可以清晰地看出,在當(dāng)今社會生活中,琴行辦學(xué)模式確實(shí)在一定程度上滿足了人們對于音樂藝術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)的需求和提高自身修養(yǎng)、素質(zhì)的需要,填補(bǔ)了社會音樂教育領(lǐng)域辦學(xué)主體缺失的空白,其在提高人們的精神文化水平方面的作用是值得肯定的。同時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)意識到,作為琴行,一定要有社會責(zé)任感,爭取做到“以商養(yǎng)學(xué),以學(xué)促商,以賞興樂”。琴行不僅僅是要銷售樂器,培訓(xùn)音樂技能,還要進(jìn)行文化傳播,讓更多的人通過音樂改變自己的人生。作為社會音樂教師應(yīng)當(dāng)提高自身的專業(yè)水平和教學(xué)水平。家長應(yīng)當(dāng)以平和的、長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的心態(tài)來看待孩子的學(xué)藝之路。專業(yè)音樂團(tuán)體應(yīng)當(dāng)利用自身的資源優(yōu)勢和發(fā)展平臺投入到社會音樂教育當(dāng)中去。社會團(tuán)體的加入也為發(fā)展社會音樂教育提供了另‘種全新的思路。同時(shí)我們也應(yīng)該意識到,由于琴行的市場化運(yùn)作,追求最大化的利益始終是其存在的根本,因此難免會導(dǎo)致為了追求利益的最大化,從而降低其辦學(xué)質(zhì)量和教學(xué)質(zhì)量的情況發(fā)生。這就需要給予琴行辦學(xué)必要的監(jiān)管,當(dāng)然實(shí)行這一監(jiān)管職能的最佳人選就是政府部門,政府相關(guān)部門應(yīng)當(dāng)承擔(dān)起保障社會音樂教育健康發(fā)展的責(zé)任,對琴行辦學(xué)進(jìn)行必要的監(jiān)督和規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:This paper interprets this social phenomenon from the perspective of social music education. Through the interviews with piano operators, social music teachers, and parents of students, through the form of questionnaires and interviews, as well as the personal experience and feelings of the author as a social music teacher, etc. To sum up and sum up the causes of the social music phenomenon, the characteristics of the existence, the relationship between the music education and the music education, as well as the problems existing in the school and the ways to solve the problems and so on. Through the investigation of the current situation of the piano schools, we can clearly see that in today's social life, the mode of running a school for the piano companies to a certain extent meets the needs of people for the study of music art and the need to improve their own cultivation and quality. It fills up the blank of the main body in the field of social music education, and its role in improving people's spiritual and cultural level is worthy of recognition. At the same time, we should realize that as a piano company, we must have a sense of social responsibility and strive to "promote business by business, promote business by learning, and enjoy music". Piano companies not only sell musical instruments, train musical skills, but also spread culture so that more people change their lives through music. As a social music teacher, we should improve their professional level and teaching level. Parents should take a peaceful and long-term attitude towards their children's learning skills. Professional music groups should use their own resources and development platform to invest in social music education. The addition of social groups also provides a new way of thinking for the development of social music education. At the same time, we should also realize that because of the market-oriented operation of the piano industry, the pursuit of maximum interests is always the root of its existence, so it will inevitably lead to the pursuit of maximization of interests. In order to reduce its school quality and teaching quality of the situation occurred. It is necessary to give the piano companies the necessary supervision. Of course, the best candidate for this supervisory function is the government department.
