【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)下半葉開始,美國職業(yè)管弦樂指揮家們中的絕大部分是由美國自己的音樂院校培養(yǎng)造就的。他們具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交響樂團(tuán)表演好音樂風(fēng)格,保證演奏擁有較高質(zhì)量和在實(shí)際工作中能夠解決各種復(fù)雜問題的能力和辦法。這個(gè)局面的產(chǎn)生應(yīng)該歸結(jié)于美國管弦樂指揮家強(qiáng)調(diào)了在其成長發(fā)展的道路上要大力培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展自己的音樂素養(yǎng)的觀念和其有效辦法。交響音樂演奏事業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展對(duì)指揮家的水平和能力都提出了更高的要求。討論和總結(jié)美國管弦樂指揮家的這一重要觀念和為達(dá)到目的所使用的方法和手段是有意義的,它將對(duì)交流和改進(jìn)指揮家培養(yǎng)的觀念和幫助年輕管弦樂指揮家更有效地成長提供啟發(fā)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the second half of the 20th century, the vast majority of American professional orchestra conductors have been created by American music schools. They have the ability and method of leading symphony orchestra to perform well, to ensure that they have high quality and can solve various complicated problems in practice. The emergence of this situation should be attributed to the American orchestral conductors emphasizing the concept and effective methods of cultivating and developing their own musical literacy on the way of their growth and development. The rapid development of symphony music performance requires higher level and ability of conductor. It is meaningful to discuss and summarize this important concept of American orchestral conductors and the methods and means used to achieve an end. It will provide inspiration and reference to exchange and improve the concept of conductor and help young orchestra conductor to grow more effectively.
