[Abstract]:The Soviet Union was a totalitarian state, and Russia, which emerged after its dissolution, inherited most of its laws and regulations. As a result, historical events that occurred between 1917 and 1991 remain confidential. Most files in the Russian Federation are difficult to see, including information on cultural matters. However, patience and knowledge of internal cross-referencing and copy copying within the archival system have also been rewarded with appropriate returns.
