【摘要】：主觀幸福感是指?jìng)�(gè)體對(duì)于整體生活質(zhì)量的判斷。用另外一種說法就是，主觀幸福感是指?jìng)�(gè)體對(duì)于生活的喜愛程度。而個(gè)體的主觀幸福感本身也包含一些特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)。而且在心理學(xué)體系中，很早就開始存在主觀幸福感的研究。在這樣復(fù)雜的研究領(lǐng)域中影響它的因素多種多樣。 在當(dāng)今社會(huì)中，，主觀幸福感已經(jīng)成為一種熱點(diǎn)議題，受到很多專家、學(xué)者的關(guān)注，而且逐漸形成研究體系。因?yàn)槿藗兊闹饔^幸福感隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展反而呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢(shì)，影響人們幸福感的因素在不斷的增多，工作壓力，環(huán)境變化，人際關(guān)系，生活理念，等等。那么怎樣提升人們的主觀幸福感和如何提升，成為我要研究的關(guān)鍵所在。 本文首先概述了主觀幸福感的相關(guān)概念，分析了它的定義、結(jié)構(gòu)、和影響因素。然后概述了音樂審美學(xué)的相關(guān)概念，重點(diǎn)包括音樂美學(xué)中的音樂欣賞對(duì)于構(gòu)建審美心理結(jié)構(gòu)的作用。最后，本文也涉及到音樂心理學(xué)和音樂社會(huì)學(xué)等等中的內(nèi)容，由以上這些內(nèi)容創(chuàng)新出提升人的主觀幸福感的新角度。嘗試從音樂的角度發(fā)掘出提升人們主觀幸福感的新方法。 本文研究的主要特點(diǎn)在于，從音樂的角度：包括音樂審美，音樂心理，音樂社會(huì)學(xué)等內(nèi)容中提取出新的論點(diǎn)，將它們和主觀幸福感的研究?jī)?nèi)容向結(jié)合，從而找到提升主觀幸福感的新方法。
[Abstract]:Subjective well-being refers to the individual's judgment of the quality of life as a whole. In another way, subjective well-being refers to the degree of the individual's love for life. And the individual's subjective well-being itself contains some characteristics and structures. And in the psychological system, there is a very early study of subjective well-being. There are many factors affecting it in the field of research.
In today's society, subjective well-being has become a hot topic, which has been paid attention by many experts and scholars, and gradually forms a research system. Because people's subjective well-being has a downward trend with the continuous development of society, the factors affecting people's happiness are increasing, work pressure, environmental change, and interpersonal relationship. Relationships, life concepts, and so on. So how to improve people's subjective well-being and how to enhance it has become the key to my research.
This article first summarizes the related concepts of subjective well-being, analyzes its definition, structure, and influencing factors. Then it outlines the related concepts of music aesthetics, focusing on the role of music appreciation in the construction of aesthetic psychological structure in music aesthetics. Finally, this article also involves the internal of music psychology and music sociology and so on. Rong, from these aspects, we can create a new angle to improve people's subjective well-being. We try to find out a new way to improve people's subjective well-being from the perspective of music.
The main feature of this study is to extract new arguments from the angle of music, including music aesthetics, music psychology and music sociology, and combine them with the research content of subjective well-being to find a new way to improve the subjective well-being.
