【摘要】：音樂是通過有組織的音響,創(chuàng)造特殊的藝術(shù)形象,表達(dá)人們思想感情的一種藝術(shù)形式。音樂分為器樂和聲樂兩大類。音樂學(xué)習(xí)對人的素質(zhì)成長起到促進(jìn)作用,學(xué)習(xí)器樂和聲樂給人啟迪,在人的身心健康上起著積極的作用。世界衛(wèi)生組織關(guān)于健康的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)明確表示：一個(gè)健康人不但要生理健康,而且更要心理健康。 本研究利用心理學(xué)與社會人類學(xué)研究方法,采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、量表測量法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法等；從文獻(xiàn)整理、回顧性調(diào)查及因素分析三個(gè)角度,對音樂教育理論和方法進(jìn)行總結(jié),并突出調(diào)查音樂訓(xùn)練對兒童自我意識和適應(yīng)力影響作用,談?dòng)懹绊憙和睦斫】蛋l(fā)展的因素,希望為兒童音樂教育的發(fā)展提供科學(xué)理論與事實(shí)依據(jù),對音樂素質(zhì)教育有所裨益。 本研究證實(shí)了音樂訓(xùn)練對兒童自我意識及適應(yīng)力的發(fā)展有影響作用,認(rèn)為音樂訓(xùn)練對提升兒童自我意識有促進(jìn)作用。音樂組的兒童的自我意識在整體水平上高于城市常模,在行為、智力方面音樂組兒童發(fā)展水平高。對照組的兒童的自我意識在整體水平上低于于城市常模,在行為、合群、幸福3個(gè)方面,對照組的兒童發(fā)展水平相對低,但比較關(guān)注自己的軀體外貌。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果顯示,音樂組的兒童的自我意識在整體水平上高于對照組的兒童；并反映出其在行為、合群、幸福與滿足等方面均優(yōu)于對照組。提示音樂組的兒童的自我意識水平較高,行為適當(dāng),與人交往能力強(qiáng),有較多的幸福感體驗(yàn),積極感受多,對自己的外貌關(guān)注度與對照組相比較低。 通過文獻(xiàn)分析及調(diào)查結(jié)果,認(rèn)為音樂訓(xùn)練對兒童心理健康發(fā)展的影響因素主要包括學(xué)習(xí)音樂類型因素,影響兒童音樂訓(xùn)練效果的因素主要包括態(tài)度興趣因素、訓(xùn)練時(shí)間、獲獎(jiǎng)情況因素、學(xué)習(xí)因素以及父母因素。 音樂訓(xùn)練的作用不再只局限于提高兒童的音樂基礎(chǔ)知識和技能水平,以及對音樂創(chuàng)造、表演、欣賞的規(guī)律、程序和方法上,還對于兒童自我意識和適應(yīng)力的發(fā)展有極大影響作用。
[Abstract]:Music is an art form that creates special artistic images and expresses people's thoughts and feelings through organized sound. Music is divided into instrumental music and vocal music. Music learning promotes the growth of people's quality. Learning instrumental music and vocal music enlightens people and plays an active role in people's physical and mental health. The World Health Organization's standards on health make it clear that a healthy person should not only be physically healthy, but also mentally healthy. This study uses the methods of psychology and social anthropology, adopts the methods of literature analysis, scale measurement, questionnaire survey, data statistics and so on, from three angles of literature collation, retrospective investigation and factor analysis. The theories and methods of music education are summarized, and the influence of music training on children's self-consciousness and adaptability is investigated. The factors that affect children's mental health development are discussed. The author hopes to provide scientific theory and factual basis for the development of children's music education, which is beneficial to music quality education. This study confirmed that music training has an effect on the development of children's self-awareness and adaptability, and that music training can promote children's self-awareness. The self-consciousness of children in music group was higher than that in urban norm on the whole level, and the development level of children in music group was higher in behavior and intelligence. The self-consciousness of the children in the control group was lower than that of the urban norm in the whole level, and the development level of the children in the control group was relatively low, but they paid more attention to their physical appearance. The results showed that the self-consciousness of the children in the music group was higher than that in the control group on the whole level, and reflected that the children in the music group were superior to the control group in behavior, group, happiness and satisfaction. The results suggested that the children in the music group had higher level of self-consciousness, proper behavior, strong ability to communicate with others, more happy experience, more positive feelings, and lower attention to their appearance compared with the control group. Through the analysis of literature and the results of investigation, it is concluded that the influence factors of music training on children's mental health development mainly include the factors of learning music type, the factors that affect the effect of children's music training mainly include the factors of attitude and interest, the time of training. Award winning factors, learning factors and parental factors. The role of music training is no longer limited to improving children's basic knowledge and skills in music, as well as the laws, procedures and methods of creating, performing and appreciating music. It also has a great effect on the development of children's self-consciousness and adaptability.
