影響高校與社區(qū)音樂教育資源整合的因素分析

【摘要】:2010年7月黨中央、國務院頒布了《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010—2020年)》!毒V要》在高等院校的改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃中,特別強調(diào)要“增強社會服務能力”,高校要牢固樹立“主動為社會服務的意識,全方位開展服務”。鼓勵高校師生通過各種形式深入社會,為公民“開展志愿服務”!毒V要》亦對開展“社區(qū)教育”做了明確要求,“要廣泛開展城鄉(xiāng)社區(qū)教育,加快各類學習型組織建設(shè),基本形成全民學習、終身學習的學習型社會。”提倡要“構(gòu)建靈活開放的終身教育體系”,就要“加強城鄉(xiāng)社區(qū)教育機構(gòu)和網(wǎng)絡建設(shè),開發(fā)社區(qū)教育資源!贝罱ńK身學習“立交橋”。促進各級各類教育縱向銜接、橫向溝通,提供多次選擇機會,滿足個人多樣化的學習和發(fā)展需要。高校與社區(qū)音樂教育資源的整合,有助于高校與社區(qū)音樂教育資源的合理利用,有助于增強大學生社會實踐能力和社會服務意識,有助于社區(qū)文化建設(shè),有助于建設(shè)學習型社會。 本研究主要運用了調(diào)查研究的方法,對長春市二道區(qū)5個社區(qū)的500位居民和東北師范大學音樂學院的本科生、研究生共計520名音樂專業(yè)學生進行問卷調(diào)查,對街道社區(qū)教育部門領(lǐng)導、高校音樂院系領(lǐng)導與教師進行了深入訪談。運用SPSS教育統(tǒng)計軟件對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計,分析出影響高校與社區(qū)音樂教育資源整合的因素主要有三個方面,第一,動機因素;第二,資源因素;第三,制度因素。探尋制約高校與社區(qū)音樂教育資源整合的原因有三,整合的動力不足、整合的資源匱乏以及整合的制度欠缺。針對三方面原因,結(jié)合長春市社區(qū)建設(shè)和高校教育改革的實際情況,為促進高校與社區(qū)音樂教育資源的整合提出三點對策。第一,轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,提高整合動力;第二,多方投入,實踐資源保障;第三,完善機制,營造制度環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In July 2010, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council promulgated the outline of the National medium- and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020. In the reform and development plan of higher education institutions, special emphasis was placed on "strengthening the capacity of social services." Colleges and universities should firmly establish the consciousness of actively serving the society and carrying out all-round service. We encourage teachers and students in colleges and universities to "carry out voluntary service" for their citizens through various forms. The outline also makes clear requirements for the development of "community education". "it is necessary to extensively carry out community education in urban and rural areas and speed up the construction of all kinds of learning organizations," Basically form a learning society with all people learning and lifelong learning. " In order to "build a flexible and open lifelong education system", it is necessary to "strengthen urban and rural community education institutions and network construction and develop community education resources." Build lifelong learning "overpass". To promote vertical linkage, horizontal communication and multiple choices to meet the diverse learning and development needs of individuals. The integration of music education resources between universities and communities is helpful to the rational utilization of music education resources in colleges and communities, to the enhancement of college students' social practical ability and social service consciousness, and to the construction of community culture. It helps to build a learning society. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 500 residents of five communities in Erdao District, Changchun City, and 520 music majors from the College of Music of Northeast normal University. The leaders of the street community education department, the music department of the university and the teachers were interviewed in depth. By using the SPSS educational statistics software, the author analyzes the factors that affect the integration of music education resources between colleges and universities. The main factors are motivation factors, resource factors and institutional factors. There are three reasons that restrict the integration of music education resources between colleges and universities. The power of integration is insufficient, the resources of integration is scarce and the system of integration is lacking. In view of the three reasons, combined with the actual situation of Changchun community construction and college education reform, this paper puts forward three countermeasures to promote the integration of university and community music education resources. First, change the concept, improve the integration power; second, multi-input, practical resources protection; third, perfect the mechanism, create the institutional environment.
