20世紀以來中國港澳臺地區(qū)音樂發(fā)展及其與祖國內(nèi)地音樂發(fā)展之關(guān)系

【摘要】:中國的港澳臺地區(qū)音樂都享有大致相同的政治及文化背景,都發(fā)軔于同一個時期。"二戰(zhàn)"后,在"多元化"的新格局中,港澳臺地區(qū)和祖國內(nèi)地都得到充分的發(fā)展。一方面,隨著科技、通訊等的突飛猛進,中國這四個地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟也別無選擇地進入了"全球化"的軌道,并獲得了新的發(fā)展機遇;另一方面,以"反恐"為特點的局部戰(zhàn)爭和世界性經(jīng)濟危機,也對這四個地區(qū)形成了一定的威脅。隨著世界政治經(jīng)濟形勢的不斷發(fā)展和改善,祖國內(nèi)地及港澳臺地區(qū)的音樂文化事業(yè)必將獲得新的發(fā)展機遇。在發(fā)展過程中,值得審慎和思考的是如何解決各種新矛盾。首先,從祖國內(nèi)地和"光復(fù)后"的中國臺灣省講,音樂文化的發(fā)展仍一直受政治形勢的影響。其次,祖國內(nèi)地幅員極其廣闊,又經(jīng)歷了幾千年多民族的反復(fù)交融,已經(jīng)逐漸形成比較牢固和獨特的民族傳統(tǒng)。在當(dāng)前世界"全球化"發(fā)展的過程中,中國音樂創(chuàng)作的發(fā)展還是愈來愈豐富多彩、更符合絕大多數(shù)人民的希望和要求的。再次,一個國家、一個民族的音樂藝術(shù)的發(fā)展必須倚靠大量本民族優(yōu)秀音樂家的努力。這一點,祖國內(nèi)地幾十年來的努力可說是取得了一定的成績和經(jīng)驗。相形之下,我們的臺灣省次之、香港特區(qū)取得的進步值得重視,而澳門特區(qū)則剛剛起步不久。我們相信光明的未來必將實現(xiàn),期待中國現(xiàn)代音樂文化的美好前景,必將以更加燦爛的面貌光照全球。
[Abstract]:The music of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in China enjoys roughly the same political and cultural background and originated in the same period. " After World War II, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and the mainland of the motherland developed fully in the new pattern of diversification. On the one hand, with the rapid development of science and technology, communications, and so on, the economies of these four regions of China have no choice but to enter the track of "globalization" and gain new development opportunities; on the other hand, The local war and world economic crisis characterized by anti-terrorism also posed a certain threat to these four regions. With the continuous development and improvement of the world political and economic situation, the music cultural undertakings in the mainland of the motherland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are bound to obtain new development opportunities. In the process of development, it is worth careful thinking about how to solve all kinds of new contradictions. First, from the mainland and Taiwan Province of China, the development of music culture is still influenced by the political situation. Secondly, the mainland of the motherland is extremely vast, and has experienced thousands of years of repeated blending of ethnic groups, and has gradually formed a relatively strong and unique national tradition. In the process of "globalization" in the world, the development of Chinese music creation is more and more colorful, more in line with the hopes and requirements of the vast majority of the people. Third, the development of a country and a nation's music art must rely on the efforts of a large number of their own outstanding musicians. This point, the mainland of the motherland for decades of efforts can be said to have made certain achievements and experience. In contrast, our Taiwan Province is second, the Hong Kong Special Administrative region (HKSAR) has made significant progress, while the Macao SAR is just beginning. We believe that a bright future will be realized, and look forward to the bright future of Chinese modern music culture, which will illuminate the whole world with a brighter face.
