高職音樂專業(yè)教學(xué)改革的對策研究

【摘要】:隨著中國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,社會音樂文化藝術(shù)活動日益繁榮,水平也越來越高,這對音樂專業(yè)崗位能力提出了多層次的要求。如何針對社會音樂崗位人才需求的特點(diǎn),培養(yǎng)適合中國國情的音樂藝術(shù)人才,是高職音樂專業(yè)現(xiàn)階段的主要任務(wù)。 然而,高職音樂專業(yè)教學(xué)還處于起步階段,其教育理念、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)模式等大多按照普通高等教育模式來組織,教師缺乏行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),學(xué)生專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)薄弱,高等職業(yè)教育中人才培養(yǎng)“能力本位”概念不清晰,學(xué)生“應(yīng)用能力,創(chuàng)新能力”的培養(yǎng)落實(shí)不到位。缺乏對社會職業(yè)崗位需求反應(yīng)的靈敏性,人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格與職業(yè)崗位需求脫節(jié),這些存在的一系列因素都制約了高職音樂專業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文以高職音樂專業(yè)崗位人才培養(yǎng)為目標(biāo),從高職音樂專業(yè)教學(xué)改革的宏觀角度結(jié)合音樂專業(yè)的學(xué)科特點(diǎn),探索高職音樂專業(yè)教學(xué)過程中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),從高職音樂專業(yè)的實(shí)際教學(xué)過程中尋找改革的切入點(diǎn),在尊重音樂專業(yè)教學(xué)規(guī)律和高職教學(xué)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,從高職音樂專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、培養(yǎng)模式、課程、教材、教學(xué)方法、師資隊(duì)伍和評價(jià)機(jī)制的建設(shè)等方面總結(jié)、提煉,提出了一些較為具體的改革措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese politics and economy, the activities of social music culture and art are becoming more and more prosperous and the level is higher and higher. It is the main task of music major in higher vocational education to train music art talents suitable for China's national conditions. However, the teaching of music major in higher vocational education is still in its infancy, its educational idea, training goal, curriculum and teaching mode are mostly organized according to the general higher education model, the teachers lack the professional experience, and the students' professional foundation is weak. In higher vocational education, the concept of "ability standard" is not clear, and the cultivation of students'"applied ability and innovation ability" is not in place. The talent training specification is out of step with the demand for professional posts. These factors restrict the development of music major in higher vocational colleges. This paper aims at the cultivation of talents in higher vocational music profession, and from the macroscopic angle of teaching reform of music major in higher vocational education, combines the characteristics of music specialty, and probes into every link in the teaching process of music specialty in higher vocational education. On the basis of respecting the teaching law of music specialty and the characteristics of teaching in higher vocational education, this paper looks for the breakthrough point of reform in the course of practical teaching of music major in higher vocational education, from the aim, mode, course, teaching material and teaching method of talent training of music major in higher vocational education. This paper summarizes and refines the construction of teaching staff and evaluation mechanism, and puts forward some more concrete reform measures.
