長春幼兒師范學校聲樂教學實踐與探索

【摘要】:幼師聲樂教學是學前教育專業(yè)的基礎課程,作為幼師專業(yè)的學生,掌握過硬的“唱功”和“教功”是適應幼兒教學的必備條件。但是一直以來,絕大多數(shù)幼師學校仿效大學、高師音樂院校的教學體制和培養(yǎng)模式,在聲樂教學上以提高學生演唱技能為重點,忽視了兒歌等教法的講解,導致了師范性不夠突出、實踐教學環(huán)節(jié)薄弱、畢業(yè)后學生難以很快適應幼兒園教學實際等許多問題的出現(xiàn)。隨著時代的發(fā)展和社會的進步,當前的幼師聲樂教學,與幼兒園課程改革和幼兒園對師資的新需求之間存在著日益擴大的差距,幼師聲樂教學的現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀。筆者試著找出上述問題產生的深層次原因,并以長春幼兒師范學校幼師專業(yè)為研究對象,,對該學校當前的聲樂教學情況開展了系統(tǒng)的問卷調查,并努力結合幼教實際提出了一些解決這些問題的前瞻性思路和可行性策略,對于促進幼師聲樂教學創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,滿足幼兒園聲樂教學實際需求,推動我國幼兒師范教育改革具有積極的現(xiàn)實意義。全文共分五個部分,第一部分是緒論,包括研究背景、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法四個方面內容;第二部分是對長春幼兒師范學校發(fā)展的簡述,包括歷史回顧、生源狀況、師資力量、學生就業(yè)情況與取得的成績四個部分;第三部分是通過對長春幼兒師范學校聲樂教學實施情況的調查,分析了長春幼兒師范學校在聲樂教學中具有的比較優(yōu)勢及存在的問題;第四部分以較為寬廣的角度,闡述了完善聲樂教學的對策,提出了突出職業(yè)教育的培養(yǎng)特色、建立適應當前幼兒教育發(fā)展的課程體系、進一步提高教師聲樂教學水平、加強學生學習和實踐能力等建議;第五部分是對我國幼兒師范教育的未來展望,指出隨著時代和社會的發(fā)展進步,幼兒師范教育的前景將十分光明,幼兒教師的學歷層次和社會地位將不斷提高,多元化的幼兒師范聲樂教學將不斷完善,幼兒師范學校的辦學層次將得到提升。
[Abstract]:Vocal music teaching in kindergarten teachers' colleges is the basic course of preschool education. As students of kindergarten teachers' colleges, it is necessary for them to master excellent singing skills and teaching skills. However, the majority of kindergarten teachers' schools have been following the example of universities. The teaching system and training mode of music colleges in normal universities focus on improving students' singing skills, neglecting the explanation of teaching methods such as children's songs, which leads to the deficiency of normal teaching and weak links in practical teaching. After graduation, it is difficult for students to adapt to the reality of kindergarten teaching and many other problems. With the development of the times and the progress of society, the current vocal music teaching in kindergarten teachers, There is a growing gap between the curriculum reform of kindergarten and the new demand for teachers in kindergarten. The present situation of vocal music teaching in kindergarten teachers is not optimistic. The author tries to find out the deep-seated reasons for the above problems. Taking the specialty of preschool teachers in Changchun normal School as the research object, this paper carries out a systematic questionnaire survey on the current vocal music teaching situation in this school, and makes great efforts to put forward some forward-looking ideas and feasible strategies to solve these problems in combination with the actual situation of preschool education. It is of positive practical significance to promote the innovation and development of vocal music teaching in kindergarten, to meet the actual needs of kindergarten vocal music teaching, and to promote the reform of preschool normal education in China. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, including the background of the research. The second part is a brief description of the development of Changchun normal School, including historical review, the status of students, teachers, students employment and achievements achieved in four parts: the significance of the study, the current situation of the research, the research methods, the second part is a brief description of the development of Changchun preschool normal school. The third part is through the investigation of the implementation of vocal music teaching in Changchun preschool normal school, analyzes the comparative advantages and existing problems in the vocal music teaching of Changchun preschool normal school. This paper expounds the countermeasures of perfecting vocal music teaching, puts forward some suggestions, such as emphasizing the training characteristics of vocational education, establishing a curriculum system adapted to the current development of preschool education, further improving teachers' vocal music teaching level, strengthening students' learning and practical ability, and so on. The 5th part is the future prospect of the preschool teacher education in China. It points out that with the development of the times and society, the prospect of the preschool normal education will be very bright, and the educational level and social status of the preschool teachers will continue to improve. The diversified vocal music teaching of normal school will be improved and the school level will be upgraded.
