【摘要】：本文研究是以2000-2009年《音樂(lè)周報(bào)》原件為文本,全面考察其創(chuàng)辦背景,梳理報(bào)紙的基本情況,深層揭示其形式和內(nèi)容背后所蘊(yùn)含的音樂(lè)學(xué)和編輯學(xué)價(jià)值。揭示《音樂(lè)周報(bào)》辦報(bào)的規(guī)律和方法。體現(xiàn)《音樂(lè)周報(bào)》與中國(guó)當(dāng)代音樂(lè)文化發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系。研究擬采用編輯學(xué)研究相關(guān)的歷史的方法、分類(lèi)的方法、比較法、社會(huì)調(diào)查法、科學(xué)抽象法、功能研究法等方法。 通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn)《音樂(lè)周報(bào)》在辦報(bào)過(guò)程中內(nèi)容和形式的安排具有一定的連續(xù)性和規(guī)律性。形式上,版面大小和版式形態(tài)在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)是相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的、風(fēng)格統(tǒng)一的,比較明顯的變化是伴隨著主編人員的變換而出現(xiàn)版式風(fēng)格、版面大小的明顯改變。十年間兩次全新改版是明顯的分界線。內(nèi)容上,基本內(nèi)容的設(shè)置在很長(zhǎng)時(shí)期內(nèi)保持穩(wěn)定。2010年的改版,內(nèi)容出新、變化大。周報(bào)編輯隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)具備了專(zhuān)業(yè)性的特質(zhì)。作者群以本報(bào)記者及專(zhuān)業(yè)音樂(lè)工作者為主。讀者人數(shù)沒(méi)有被充分拓展,其音樂(lè)權(quán)威大報(bào)的價(jià)值沒(méi)有被充分利用。因此,周報(bào)應(yīng)該加大宣傳力度和讀者調(diào)查力度,使報(bào)紙內(nèi)容盡量符合讀者的期望、加大發(fā)行量和社會(huì)影響力。 重要新聞的設(shè)置和內(nèi)容選擇上是有規(guī)律可循的。重要報(bào)道是與“音協(xié)”工作重點(diǎn)同步的,音協(xié)在某一時(shí)期的工作重點(diǎn),是周報(bào)頭條新聞選擇的風(fēng)向標(biāo)。把十年內(nèi)所有的頭條新聞進(jìn)行歸類(lèi),發(fā)現(xiàn)大概都集中在十幾個(gè)類(lèi)別之中,有一定的規(guī)律性�！兑魳�(lè)周報(bào)》十年來(lái)對(duì)“引導(dǎo)中國(guó)音樂(lè)界發(fā)展的方針政策、不同音樂(lè)品種的發(fā)展、音樂(lè)創(chuàng)作、音樂(lè)教育、全國(guó)大型音樂(lè)活動(dòng)、學(xué)術(shù)研究、重大社會(huì)活動(dòng)(節(jié)日、突發(fā)事件等特殊事件)、能夠保障音樂(lè)事業(yè)良好發(fā)展的事項(xiàng)以及邊緣音樂(lè)文化”的關(guān)注和推動(dòng)是不遺余力的;其“音樂(lè)評(píng)論”欄目新穎、涉及面廣、觀點(diǎn)鮮明、爭(zhēng)鳴自由、組織有序。 《音樂(lè)周報(bào)》的功能和作用,十年來(lái)除起到對(duì)各方面音樂(lè)新聞進(jìn)行及時(shí)報(bào)道和信息解讀的作用外,還有指明中國(guó)音樂(lè)前進(jìn)方向、記錄音樂(lè)發(fā)展歷程的作用。更重要的是發(fā)現(xiàn)并揭露音樂(lè)界存在的問(wèn)題、界定問(wèn)題、把問(wèn)題明朗化、提示解決問(wèn)題的途徑,具有輔佐中國(guó)音樂(lè)良性發(fā)展的功能。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the original of Music Weekly from 2000 to 2009 is taken as the text, the background of its establishment is comprehensively investigated, and the basic situation of the newspaper is combed. This paper reveals the value of musicology and editing behind its form and content, reveals the rules and methods of running a newspaper in Music Weekly, and reflects the relationship between Music Weekly and the development of contemporary music culture in China. To adopt a historical approach to editorial studies, Classification method, comparative method, social investigation method, scientific abstract method, function research method and so on. Through the study, it is found that the arrangement of content and form in the process of running a newspaper has certain continuity and regularity. In form, the size and layout of the layout are relatively stable and uniform in style during a certain period of time. The more obvious change is that with the change of the editor-in-chief, the typography and the size of the layout are obviously changed. Two new revisions in ten years are the obvious dividing line. In content, The setting of the basic content remained stable for a long time. The construction of the editorial team of the weekly newspaper has a professional character. The writers group is dominated by our reporter and professional music workers. The number of readers has not been fully expanded, and the value of its musical authoritative newspapers has not been fully utilized. Weekly newspaper should strengthen propaganda and reader investigation to make the newspaper content accord with readers' expectation and increase circulation and social influence as far as possible. There are rules to be followed in setting up important news and selecting its contents. Important reports are synchronized with the focus of the work of the "Sound Association", which focuses on the work of the Association in a certain period of time. It's a weathervane for weekly headlines. Categorize all the headlines over a decade and find that they are concentrated in about a dozen categories. In the past ten years, the "guiding principles and policies for the development of the Chinese music industry, the development of different types of music, the creation of music, music education, large-scale music activities nationwide, academic research, major social activities (festivals, festivals, etc.)" have certain regularity. Special events, such as emergencies, can ensure the sound development of the music cause and the attention and promotion of the marginal music culture. Its "Music Review" column is novel, covers a wide range of areas, has a bright view, and is free to contend with. Be organized in an orderly manner. The function and role of the "Music Weekly" newspaper, in addition to its role of timely reporting and information interpretation of all aspects of music news over the past 10 years, has also pointed out the direction of Chinese music forward. It is more important to discover and expose the problems existing in the music field, to define the problems, to clarify the problems, and to indicate the ways to solve the problems, which have the function of assisting the benign development of Chinese music.
