【摘要】：本文是一篇聚焦于藝術(shù)管理學(xué)科理論的探索性研究論文。整篇文章從元理論出發(fā),通過對元理論的哲學(xué)思想分析,提出了當(dāng)前藝術(shù)管理學(xué)科理論建設(shè)滯后、缺乏理論元分析的現(xiàn)狀�；谶@一現(xiàn)狀,筆者選取以音樂表演藝術(shù)組織為外延的“戰(zhàn)略管理”理論作為藝術(shù)管理學(xué)科中的子理論進行元分析,希望達到完善藝術(shù)管理理論架構(gòu)、推進藝術(shù)管理學(xué)科建設(shè)的目的。 本文所涉及的元理論是一種以批判的態(tài)度來審視原來學(xué)科的性質(zhì)、概念、結(jié)構(gòu)的視野與方法,是一種“超越”的邏輯形式�；谶@種邏輯形式,本文以演繹證明貫穿全篇,使用語言分析與形式化的技術(shù)對音樂表演藝術(shù)組織戰(zhàn)略管理理論進行抽象。在寫作過程中,筆者同時將數(shù)理分析與社會研究方法中的術(shù)語大量引入藝術(shù)管理學(xué)科的研究之中。 將元理論應(yīng)用于藝術(shù)管理理論的建構(gòu)與完善是目前整個藝術(shù)管理學(xué)界研究的普遍缺失,而本文的寫作則是對藝術(shù)管理學(xué)科理論研究與探索的一次嘗試。筆者希望這種嘗試是有益的,并希望它能夠為藝術(shù)管理理論的研究指向一個新的方向。
[Abstract]:This paper is an exploratory research paper focusing on the theory of art management. Based on the meta-theory and the philosophical analysis of meta-theory, the author points out that the theoretical construction of art management is lagging behind. Based on the present situation, the author chooses the "strategic management" theory, which is based on the musical performing arts organization, as the sub-theory of art management to carry out meta-analysis, hoping to perfect the theoretical framework of art management. The purpose of promoting the construction of art management discipline. The meta-theory involved in this paper is to examine the nature, concept, structure and method of the original subject in a critical manner, which is a logical form of "transcendence". Based on this logic form, this paper uses deductive proof to run through the whole article. Language analysis and formal techniques are used to abstract the theory of strategic management of musical performing arts organization. In the process of writing, the author introduces a large number of terms in mathematical analysis and social research methods into the study of art management. The application of meta-theory to the construction and perfection of art management theory is a general lack of research in the field of art management. The author hopes that this attempt is beneficial and can point to a new direction for the study of art management theory.
