【摘要】：旋律是音樂主題思想的最重要表現(xiàn)手段,分析音樂的旋律、研究智能旋律分析處理方法是音樂信息檢索領(lǐng)域的重要課題之一。本文根據(jù)腦神經(jīng)科學(xué)及認(rèn)知心理學(xué)關(guān)于人類對音樂感知特點的研究成果,引入聽覺顯著度(AS)的概念,提出了基于音樂認(rèn)知理論的模擬人類認(rèn)知過程的旋律發(fā)現(xiàn)技術(shù)。在前期處理階段,針對音樂特性采用常數(shù)Q變換(CQT)建立音樂的頻譜統(tǒng)計模型,采用貝葉斯理論計算每個半音子帶數(shù)據(jù)分布的聽覺顯著度特征,利用時序神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)檢測各個時刻的聽覺變化,得到旋律分量的候選。在后期處理階段,我們提出了表達(dá)形式接近樂理與認(rèn)知的旋律流(MelodyStream)的概念,以人對音樂和弦感知結(jié)果作為先驗知識,進(jìn)行旋律候選分量的規(guī)范化處理。在包含各種樂曲風(fēng)格的實驗音樂數(shù)據(jù)庫上,驗證了所提取結(jié)果同人類聽感的接近程度,根據(jù)旋律流來捕捉傳統(tǒng)旋律線獲得了75%的準(zhǔn)確率,主觀聽感打分對旋律流的接受度超過90%。
[Abstract]:Melody is the most important means of expression of music theme thought. The research of intelligent melodic analysis and processing is one of the important subjects in the field of music information retrieval. According to the research results of brain neuroscience and cognitive psychology on the characteristics of human's perception of music, the concept of auditory saliency is introduced in this paper. This paper presents a melody discovery technique based on music cognition theory to simulate human cognitive process. In the early stage of processing, a spectrum statistical model of music is established by using constant Q transform (CQT) to analyze the characteristics of music. Bayesian theory is used to calculate the auditory saliency characteristics of each semitone subband data distribution, and the temporal neural network is used to detect the auditory changes at each time, and the melody component candidates are obtained. We put forward the concept of Melody Stream, in which the expression form is close to musical theory and cognition. We take the result of people's perception of music chords as a priori knowledge to normalize melody candidate components. In the experimental music database, which contains all kinds of musical styles, The accuracy rate of capturing the traditional melody line according to the melody flow is 75% and the acceptance degree of the subjective auditory sense to the melody flow is more than 90.
