【摘要】：隨著泛娛樂(lè)化與網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)IP概念相銜接,網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)從最初的文學(xué)在線閱讀、付費(fèi)的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,發(fā)展為集小說(shuō)、影視、動(dòng)漫、游戲、衍生產(chǎn)品的全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈開(kāi)發(fā)模式。而不完善的IP價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制和瘋狂的盜版行為給網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)IP產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展帶來(lái)隱患。全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈開(kāi)發(fā)背景下,網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)IP要想實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,需要建立全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈價(jià)值評(píng)估體系,構(gòu)建作者與平臺(tái)良性互動(dòng)模式,完善知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)機(jī)制,加大保護(hù)力度。
[Abstract]:With the convergence of Pan-entertainment and the concept of Internet literature IP, the online literature industry has developed from the original online reading of literature, the paid operation mode, to a collection of novels, movies, animation, games, etc. The whole industry chain development mode of derivative products. But the imperfect IP value evaluation mechanism and the crazy piracy behavior bring hidden trouble to the development of the IP industry chain of network literature. Under the background of the whole industry chain development, the network literature IP wants to realize the sustainable development. It is necessary to establish the value evaluation system of the whole industry chain, to construct the benign interaction model between the author and the platform, to perfect the mechanism of intellectual property protection, and to strengthen the protection.
